人工智能在毕业生档案信息化管理中的应用

摘 要

文章以高校毕业生档案数据信息平台为基础，集合毕业生档案信息要素，利用人工智能技术挖掘档案数据信息，发挥档案的服务功能和实效性，为高校毕业生档案信息化管理工作提出对策建议，外延档案社会贡献力内涵，发掘档案的利用价值，为高校招生就业、学科专业设置、人才培养等工作的优化创新提供依据。

Abstract Based on the university graduatesarchives data information platform and collection of graduatesarchives information element， this paper uses artificial intelligence technology to excavate archives data information and give full play to the service function and effectiveness of archives， then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the informatization management of university graduates archives. This paper will also expand the connotation of archives social contributions， excavate the utilization value of archives， in order to provide reference for the optimization and innovation of student recruitment and employment， set of disciplines and talents training， etc. in colleges and universities.

随着我国高校教育质量建设的发展，高校档案工作已成为反映高校教育质量的重要指标，而高校毕业生档案工作作为高校档案工作的重要组成部分，如何全面跟踪人才培养质量，建立健全高校毕业生档案信息、合理有效利用高校毕业生档案信息的价值和社会贡献力成为高校档案工作亟需思考的问题。

一、人工智能的应有之义

1.人工智能发展对高等教育的影响。1956年，Minsky等科学家在美国达特茅斯会议上首次提出人工智能的概念，将其定义为用机器模拟人类智能的一门科学。至今人工智能已走过60多年的发展历程，其发展并非一帆风顺，而是经历了两轮大起大落。人工智能的发展总体上可分为三个阶段：计算推理阶段（1956年至20世纪70年代中期）、知识处理阶段（20世纪70年代中后期）和自主学习阶段（20世纪90年代初期）。随着互联网、大数据和云计算的快速发展和支持，人工智能在平台、算法、交互方式等核心技术上不断更新和突破，正以“人工智能+X”的形式，对各行各业和社会生活方方面面造成冲击。……
