推拿配合夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果探讨

摘要：目的：分析腰椎间盘突出症患者应用推拿联合夹脊穴温针灸治疗的效果。方法：2017年4月至2018年7月在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中随机抽取101例，通过抽签法将研究对象分为比照组（n=49）和探讨组（n=52），为比照组患者实施推拿治疗，探讨组患者联合应用推拿、夹脊穴温针灸治疗，比较分析两组患者治疗效果以及VAS评分。结果：比照组患者病情总好转率为81.63%，探讨组患者病情总好转率为98.08%，探讨组患者病情总好转率明显更高，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前比照组患者VAS评分为（7.89±1.28）分，治疗后为（6.18±1.14）分，治疗前探讨组患者VAS评分为（7.91±1.23）分，治疗后为（3.74±1.09）分，两组患者治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者应用推拿联合夹脊穴温针灸治疗病情改善效果更佳，可有效缓解其疼痛感。

METHODS：From April 2017 to July 2018，101 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected from our hospital. The subjects were divided into comparison group（n=49）and discussion group（n=52）by lottery. In the treatment group，the patients were treated with massage. The patients in the group were treated with massage and Jiaji acupuncture，and the treatment results and VAS scores of the two groups were compared. RESULTS：The overall improvement rate of the patients in the comparison group was 81.63%. The total improvement rate of the patients in the study group was 98.08%. The total improvement rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The VAS score of the patients before the treatment group was（7.89±1.28），and the score was（6.18±1.14）after treatment. The VAS score of the study group was（7.91±1.23）points and（3.74±1.09）points after treatment. There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups（P>0.05）. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The application of massage combined with Jiaji acupoint warming acupuncture in patients with lumbar disc herniation has better effect on the improvement of the disease and can effectively alleviate the pain.

作为临床多发性腰椎疾病，腰椎间盘突出症主要发病原因为患者椎间盘神经根黏连以及椎间盘受到过大内部压力等，患者腰椎管突出并导致神经根受到压迫，临床症状主要包括感觉障碍、肌力下降、腰椎侧凸、下肢放射性疼痛、腰部疼痛等，会给患者正常活动带来很大的不便，病情严重者生活无法自理[1]。此次研究旨在分析2016年1月至2018年6月在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者应用推拿联合夹脊穴温针灸治疗的效果，分析如下：

1资料与方法

1.1基本资料 在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中随机抽取101例，患者临床表现包括活动不便、下肢异常、腿痛、腰痛等，病情均与腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准相符，排除韧带钙化病患者、椎间盘脱出患者、骨性椎管狭窄患者。通过抽签法将研究对象分为比照组（n=49）和探讨组（n=52），其中，比照组男性27例，女性22例，年龄23-84周岁，平均（52.4±7.8）岁，探讨组男性28例，女性24例，年龄21-82周岁，平均（53.2±7.5）岁。……
