关于高校实验室用电问题及其节约用电措施

摘 要：在当今科技发达的21世纪，高校实验室在教育教学、科研创新等方面起了至关重要的作用。近年来我国大力提倡节能减排，实验室的设备种类在不断增加，实验室的规模也在不断扩大。随之而来的就是日益严峻的用电问题，如何节约用电成为当下各高校关注和探索的问题，所以在这里就实验室存在的用电问题和节约措施作简要的分析。

Abstract：in the 21st century with the development of information technology，university laboratories play an important role in scientific research innovation，education and teaching.In recent years，our country has actively advocated energy saving and emission reduction，and the types and specifications of equipment in the laboratory are constantly increasing，and the problem of electricity consumption is becoming more and more serious.How to save electricity has become a problem of concern and exploration in colleges and universities at present.Therefore，this paper makes a brief analysis of the problems existing in the laboratory and the measures for saving electricity.

随着各高校大力发展科研项目和各类技术创新，其在不断增设实验室以及实验设备，与此同时高校实验室出现了不同程度的电力供应问题。《“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案》中不断强调节能减排，并“对能源消耗超过国家和地区规定的单位产品能耗（电耗）限額标准的企业和产品，实行惩罚性电价。各地可在国家规定基础上，按程序加大差别电价、惩罚性电价实施力度”。[1]由此可见，国家高度重视节能减排这一问题。在此就高校实验室的用电问题，结合几位学生和教师的采访做个简单的论述。

一、常用的实验设备及其用电耗能

高校实验室是实践教学的主要场所，专门用于提高学生的实践操作能力和专业知识技能。实验室在照明、电器设备、排风口等都离不开用电，所以实验室的用电量对于整个学院的总用电量的占比是最大的。在对学生进行采访过程中，当被问及“在你们心中实验室的什么设备耗电量比较？”，学生的回答中出现最多的就是电脑和电动机。……
