中医针灸结合中药熏蒸辨治颈肩腰腿痛临床分析

【摘 要】目的：研究中医针灸结合中药熏蒸对于治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的疗效。方法：选我院颈肩腰腿痛60例患者，随机组合之后分为两组，对照组中医针灸治疗，观察组联合中药熏蒸。经过两种方法处理之后对两组患者的生活质量评分进行对比。结果：结果显示，观察组患者经过中医针灸联合中药熏蒸的方法能够较为显著改善生活质量指标，P<0.05。结论：颈肩腰腿痛患者经过中医针灸联合中药熏蒸方法处理之后能够较为显著改善其生活质量评分。

Abstract：Objective To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with neck， shoulder and back pain.METHODS： Sixty patients with neck， shoulder， back and leg pain were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received acupuncture treatment with Chinese medicine and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.After two treatments， the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.RESULTS： The results showed that the patients in the observation group had a significant improvement in quality of life indicators after TCM acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation， P < 0.05.Conclusion： Patients with neck， shoulder， back and leg pain can significantly improve their quality of life score after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.

颈肩腰腿痛是临床上最为常见的一种疾病，发病率较高并且逐渐呈现上升的趋势，该种疾病主要出现在青年中，对患者的生活质量造成较为严重的影响[1]。本次研究内容为中医针灸结合中药熏蒸对于治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的临床疗效，具体报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料 本次参与研究与治疗的是在我院被诊断为患有颈肩腰腿痛的60例患者，都是在2018年7月-2018年11月期间在我院门诊治疗的。对照组患者的年龄在25-38岁之间，平均为（33.0±7.0）岁。观察组患者的年龄在24-39岁之间，平均为（34.0±6.0）岁。通过比较，所有进行治疗以及后期身体恢复患者临床资料差异没有较为显著性差异，具有一定的临床可比性。排除标准：（1）患者对临床治疗过程中所使用的药物具有过敏反应。（2）患者临床数据不全或者是全部丢失。（3）不符合以下纳入标准的患者。纳入标准：（1）符合颈肩腰腿痛的诊断标准。（2）患者都是阅读我院知情书情况下自愿参与研究的。
