基于双创视角下中职平面设计人才培养模式探究

摘  要：“大众创业、万众创新”是立足于新时期背景所提出的教育目标，在近些年的教学中也处于不断深入之中。由此可见，现代教育对于双创人才的培养重视显然在逐渐加深。基于双创视角，笔者发现目前的中职平面设计人才培养模式已经无法完全适应社会发展，亟待教师、学者献计献策，对其进行优化。希望在模式日渐优化的情况下，中职平面设计人才能够层出不穷，以应对社会对平面设计人才的需求。本文结合双创视角，对中职平面设计人才培养模式进行了探究，以期实现人才培养模式的有效转变。

Abstract： "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" is an educational goal based on the background of the new era， and it has been continuously deepened in the teaching of recent years. It can be seen that modern education is obviously paying more attention to the cultivation of talents for innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the perspective of innovation and innovation， the author found that the current training mode of graphic design talents in secondary vocational schools can no longer fully adapt to social development， and it is urgent for teachers and scholars to offer suggestions and optimize it. It is hoped that with the gradual optimization of the model， graphic design talents in secondary vocational schools can emerge in endlessly to meet the social demand for graphic design talents. In this paper， combined with the perspective of innovation and innovation， this article explores the training mode of graphic design talents in secondary vocational schools， in order to realize the effective transformation of talent training mode.

我国经济发展与教育正在逐渐向前发展，创新型人才的培养为教育改革不断向前推进的重要内容。基于双创的教育背景，中职学校在实现“大众创业、万众创新”的目标之路上任务日渐凸显，且越来越重要。各中职学校在此背景下，应该怎样实现创新性人才的培养，采取何种模式，是广大教师需要不断探索和研究的重大课题。下面笔者将首先对“双创”背景进行了简析，随后针对人才培养过程中出现的问题进行了明确说明，并用大量笔墨阐述了人才培养模式优化的路径，以供参考。

1  双创及其对中职平面设计教学的全新要求
