基于职业导向的《前厅与客房管理》课程实践教学模式探究

摘  要：在社会经济现代化发展的整体环境下，各行业对应用型人才的需求量不断加大，《前厅与客房管理》课程教学是职业导向下实现酒店前厅部、客房部高素质应用型专业人才培养的主要渠道，对于优化相关专业学生的专业技能起到良好的促进作用。职业导向式教学是当下高等学校实践教学中经常采用的教学手段，对于激发学生学习兴趣、提高專业技能、提升综合职业能力等具有显著作用。本文主要对该实践教学模式下的教学现状与教学方法及改进策略进行分析，以期能够提高教学质量，不断提升学生的专业能力与职业水平。

Abstract： In the overall environment of the development of social and economic modernization， the demand for application-oriented talents in various industries is increasing. The teaching of "front office and room management" course is the main channel to realize the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented professional talents in hotel front office and room department under the occupation guidance， which plays a good role in promoting the optimization of professional skills of relevant majors. Career oriented teaching is a teaching method often used in practice teaching in Colleges and universities. It plays a significant role in stimulating students' interest in learning， improving professional skills and improving comprehensive professional ability. This paper mainly analyzes the current teaching situation， teaching methods and improvement strategies of the practical teaching mode， in order to improve the teaching quality and constantly improve the professional ability and professional level of students.

基于社会发展对综合型技能应用人才的需求，现代教育中，职业导向式教学得到了广泛应用，教学实践证明，该方法对于优化学生的专业水平及实践能力具有良好作用。职业导向作为一种全新教学模式，最大化地以学生的未来就业为基本方向，明确职业能力的基础地位，在教学中将学生将来所从事的职业岗位任务为教学内容，充分应用职业行为示范，选用适当有效的教学方法开展教学活动，综合性系统化地达到培养具有良好综合职业素质的应用型人才的目的[1]。基于职业导向的《前厅与客房管理》课程实践教学模式充分凸显了学生的主体地位，构建了以其为主体的职业教学课堂观，使教师与学生在更高的融合课堂教学的基础上，为教师提高更好的教学方法与手段，亦为学生创造更加轻松生动的学习氛围，对于优化教学质量具有显著作用。……
