【摘 要】 根据豫烟11号品种特性,通过在贵州省施秉县对烘烤中关键温度点湿度及稳温时间对比试验,对烘烤中及烘烤后的烟叶质量评定,结果表明:该品种烘烤温度42℃时,湿度保持在36±0.5℃,稳温时间为24h,此配套技术较为适宜在当地推广。

Supporting Technology of Key Temperature Point of Yuyan No.11 Baking

[Abstract] Based on the characteristics of smoke and 11 varieties through in guizhou province grasp county key point temperature humidity and temperature stability in the baking time contrast test, the baking and baking quality of tobacco leaf in the evaluation, the results showed that the varieties of the baking temperature of 42 ℃, humidity in 36 + / - 0.5 ℃, the steady temperature for 24 h, the supporting technology is more suitable in the local promotion.

豫煙11号是由河南农业大学育种专家培育的高香气烤烟品种,亲本为♀K326×♂8306,该品种以香气量足、香气质佳著称,是卷烟工业优质调香烤烟品种[1]。该品种在中等海拔(800 m)地区贵州施秉、河南卢氏的类胡萝卜素含量、石油醚提取物含量、腺毛分泌物含量、中性香气物质总量较高[2]。其碳氮代谢关键酶活性及叶面分泌物含量均高于K326。叶面分泌物含量与谷氨酰胺合成酶呈显著正相关,与淀粉酶、蔗糖转化酶呈极显著正相关[3]。
由于豫烟11号以上的品种特性,具备高香气的同时也不易烘烤。该品种变黄较快,而失水较慢,不耐烤,在烘烤过程中,叶绿素的降解速度较快。这导致了烟叶在变黄末期转定色期时PPO活性存在显著性差异,PPO活性高的挂灰现象较为严重。适当提高烟叶田间采收成熟度,能够有效地提高烘烤过程中烟叶的失水速率,降低PPO活性,有利于防止烟叶发生褐变,提高烤后烟叶的外观和内在品质[4]。
本文在确保豫烟11号品种采收成熟度的基础上,针对烘烤技术,在关键温度点开展各项试验,试图找出最适宜的烘烤方式,并在该地区推广。……
