水利专业人才培养中学业导师设置及效用发挥研究

摘 要 學业导师制是构建多层次和全方位人才培养体系的重要保障，对提高本科教学水平和人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文以高校水利类专业为例，阐述学业导师制设置的必要性，并探讨学业导师制在大学生学业规划、心理疏导、科技创新活动、毕业设计（论文）工作、职业规划等方面的积极作用。研究结果有助于完善高校学业导师制度和提高高校水利类大学生人才培养质量，可为高校水利专业本科生新型人才培养模式的研究提供参考。

Abstract Academic tutorial system is an important guarantee for building a multi-level and all-round talent training system， which is of great significance for improving undergraduate teaching level and the quality of talent training. This paper takes the specialty of water conservancy in colleges and universities as an example， expounds the necessity of setting up the academic tutorial system， and explores the positive role of the academic tutorial system in the undergraduates academic planning， psychological counseling， scientific and technological innovation activities， graduation design （or thesis） work and career planning. The research results would help to improve the system of academic tutors and improve the quality of talent training of the undergraduates in water conservancy specialty in colleges and universities， and would provide a reference for the research of new talent training system for undergraduates majoring in water conservancy in Colleges and universities.

水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基。水利作为国民经济基础性和支柱性行业，不仅关系到防洪、供水和粮食安全，也关系到经济、生态和国家安全。在当前水资源短缺、城镇供水紧张、生态环境恶化等重要问题影响下，水利人才的培养显得尤为重要。高等院校是水利人才培养的重要输出基地。高等院校本科水利专业一般涵盖水文与水资源工程、水利水电工程、港口航道与海岸工程、农业水利工程等4个专业，培养在水资源优化管理、水环境治理、水利工程建设和运行管理、农田水利规划、水利信息化等方面富有创新精神、实践能力和国际视野的高素质复合型技术和科研人才。水利类大学生应掌握扎实的专业知识素质和具备解决复杂问题的能力，能够适应现代化建设和未来社会与科技发展需要，能够为国家水利事业积极贡献力量。……
