乡村振兴背景下的湖南农旅产业融合发展研究

摘 要：目前，乡村振兴和农村产业融合是倍受关注的话题，通过研究发现湖南农旅产业融合有市场推动、政策刺激、技术进步和企业发展需要等动因，以及“植物+旅游”和“动物+旅游”2个融合路径，其有着直接融合、侧推融合以及其他中间介质这3种模式，并分析了农旅融合存在的一些问题。最后提出了5个建议与对策，要出台并利用好政策，大力培养休闲农业人才，大力发展休闲农业，因地制宜发展特色产业，做好品牌营销。

Abstract： At present， rural revitalization and rural industry integration are the topics of great concern. Through the research， it is found that market promotion， policy stimulation， technological progress and the needs of enterprise development are the driving forces of the integration of Hunan agriculture and tourism; “plant + tourism” and “animal + tourism” are the integration path; there are three modes： direct integration， side push integration and other intermediate media; some problems in the integration of agriculture and tourism are analyzed. Finally， five suggestions and countermeasures are put forward： make good use of policies; cultivate leisure agricultural talents; vigorously develop leisure agriculture; develop characteristic industries according to local conditions; do a good job in brand marketing.

2018年黨中央提出了乡村振兴的口号，为乡村的发展和产业融合注入了“强心剂”。随着我国经济的发展，如今的农村产业快速发展，各种产业的边界互相交融，产业逐渐融合[1]。研究表明，农村产业融合可以提升产业发展质量，企业可以实现更大的利润[2]。

笔者研究的目的就是通过对湖南农旅融合的现状进行分析，找出融合的模式、路径以及不足之处，为湖南农旅融合进一步的发展提供建议。目前，湖南农旅融合主要的载体是休闲农庄和农家乐，田园综合体也是发展趋势[3]。农旅融合的主要特征是利用农村环境、农业资源优势和特色产品吸引人们进行休闲、娱乐的活动;利用自身旅游资源丰富、环境优美和地处农村的环境，开展乡村旅游的活动，利用现代农业加工出来的产品向游客销售。今后，特色小镇以及田园综合体将引领这产业融合更高级的方向迈进。……
