基于疫情的互联网+背景下老年人居家养老服务系统设计思考

摘要：2020新年伊始，一场突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情改变了所有人的生活方式。所有人都在努力地探索和尽快适应。截止2019年底占我国人口侣1%的老年人在防疫模式下也开启了不同以往的生活方式。尽管我国有80%以上的老年人选择居家养老模式养老，但是完全的居家生活对于他们自己，社区以及这个社会，都是一个极大的挑战。随着信息化社会发展，互联网+居家养老应运而生。文章就疫情中，互联网+居家养老模式给老年人生活带来的影响进行调查，运用服务设计工具对居家养老存在的问题进行探讨，提出一些设计思考。旨在为今后互联网+居家养老服务系统设计的优化提供参考。

Abstract： At the beginning of the 2020， a sudden pandemic of new coronaviruspneumonia changed all the people' s lives. Everyone is trying to adapt as soonas possible By the end of 2019， the elderly， who accounted for 181% of China'spopulation， also started a different way of life under the epidemic prevention modeAlthough more than 80% of the elderly in China choose to use the home care model，the complete home life is a great challenge for themselves， the community and thesociety With the development of the information society， the Internet + home carecame into being. This paper investigotes the impact of the Internet + home caremodel for the elderly during the epidemic， uses service design tools to discuss theproblems ot home care， and proposes some design thinking. 引言

突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情让人们猝不及防，给日常生活和工作带来了极大困扰，同时也引起了人们的恐惧与焦虑。在防疫状态下的各种应急反应与对策引起了各个领域的关注和反思。本文就新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下现有互联网+居家养老模式进行了探讨与设计思考。多难兴邦，中华民族越挫越奋。及时反思，勇于并善于改变，是奋起的前提。我们期待新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间有更适应的生活方式和新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情后迎来的崭新生活方式，让互联网+养老模式得到更好的發展，为老年人带来更高质量的晚年生活。……
