专业认证背景下土木工程专业持续改进举措

【摘 要】人才培养质量是高等教育质量的核心，专业认证对于促进和保障高等教育质量具有重要意义，本文针对我院土木工程专业持续改进过程进行探讨。首先在对照专业认证的理念及标准要求下，对土木工程专业存在的实际问题进行分析;其次通过确立以核地学为特色的土木工程专业培养方案，打造一支专兼结合、结构合理、素质优良、符合本专业培养目标要求的师资队伍;并从实际出发完善毕业生跟踪反馈机制，加强了教学质量监管体系。

Abstract：The quality of personnel training is the core of the quality of higher education. Professional certification is of great significance to promote and guarantee the quality of higher education. This paper discusses the continuous improvement process of Civil Engineering Specialty in our college. Firstly，according to the concept and standard of professional certification，the practical problems of civil engineering specialty are analyzed;Secondly，through the establishment of the training program of civil engineering specialty with the characteristics of nuclear geology，a teaching team with the combination of full-time and part-time，reasonable structure，excellent quality and in line with the requirements of the training objectives of the specialty is built;Starting from the reality，the tracking feedback mechanism of graduates is improved，and the teaching quality supervision system is strengthened.

引言

人才培养质量是高等教育质量的核心，专业认证对于促进和保障高等教育质量具有重要意义。专业认证是优化与完善人才培养体系的一个重要契机。通过专业认证可以重新审视办学理念、更新教育观念，达到以认证促建设的目的。

自2016年6月我国正式成为《华盛顿协议》的第18个成员国，标志着我国工程教育质量得到了国际认可，是我国工程教育国际化的里程碑[1]。“工程教育专业认证”是国际通行的工程教育质量保证制度，也是实现工程教育国际互认和工程师资格国际互认的重要基础。在工程教育认证标准中，引入了三个新的理念：“学生中心”、“成果导向”和“持续改进”，强调专业必须建立有效的质量监控和持续改进机制[2][3]。

我院土木工程专业有较好的办学历史和规模，有一定的办学经验和学科特色，拥有土木工程一级学科硕士学位授予权，拥有一支结构合理、学歷层次高、以中青年学术骨干为主体、教学科研能力强的师资队伍。……
