近20年高校学报编辑学者化现状研究

[摘 要]调查20种CSSCI学报84名编辑20年学术论文发现，高校学报编辑学者化存在总体水平有待提高，编辑学论文和非编辑学论文之间不平衡、不同编辑之间的论文不平衡、不同学报之间的论文不平衡等问题。因而建议实现编辑学者化的目标分两步走：第一步，彻底执行高校学报编辑出版专业职业资格制度，使每一位高校学报编辑通过考试获得初级职业资格和中级职业资格;第二步，在第一步基础上再努力实现“编辑学专业学者化”和“非编辑学专业学者化”。

Abstract：A survey of 84 editors of 20 CSSCI journals for 20 years shows that the overall level of schnolarization of journal editors in colleges and universities needs to be improved， as well as the imbalance between editorial papers and non-editorial papers， between different editors and between different journals. Therefore， it is suggested that the goal of editing scholatization should be realized in two steps： the first step is to thoroughly implement the professional qualification system for the editing and publishing of university journals， so that every university journal editor can obtain the primary vocational qualification and the intermediate vocational qualification through the examination; secondly， on the basis of the first step， efforts should be made to realize the “scholarization of editorial science and non-editorial science”.

近30多年来，编辑学者化和学者编辑化一直是编辑出版界讨论的热点话题。1978年国家出版事务管理局在《关于加强和改进出版工作的报告》中指出：“编辑人员的首要职责是处理书稿，同时也要在一两门学科上有所专长”[1];1980 年《出版社工作暂行条例》规定：编辑人员应努力成为“既有广博知识又对某一学科有比较专门研究的人才”[2];胡光清在 1984 年发表的《试论编辑的专业化与学者化》一文中首次倡导编辑学者化，即编辑应成为专家学者，要求编辑对某一学科有专门性的研究，“要有治学成为专家的企望”[3];编辑家林辰摈弃了“杂家说”，初塑了编辑学者化的观念，并带领春风文艺出版社走上“编辑学者化，出版学术化”的道路，自觉实践着编辑学者化的理念[4];湖南美术出版社总编辑郑小娟上任之初就提出“当学者型编辑的建社方针”[5]。……
