农村留守儿童问题及治理对策

摘要：随着工业化、城市化和农业现代化的快速推进，我国城乡差距进一步拉大，为获得更多家庭收入，享受更优质的公共服务，农村大量青壮年劳动力流向城市。正是在这样的社会背景下，农村留守儿童逐渐出现。在空心化现象日趋严重的今天，农村留守儿童问题，日益成为目前乃至今后很长一段时间制约农村发展的突出问题。因此，针对留守儿童的大学生公益APP起到非常重要的作用。

Abstract： With the rapid progress of industrialization， urbanization and agricultural modernization， the gap between urban and rural areas in China has further widened. In order to obtain more family income and enjoy better public services， a large number of young and old labors in rural areas have flowed to cities. It is in this social context that children left-behind in rural areas are gradually emerging. Today， the hollowing phenomenon is becoming more and more serious， and the problem of left-behind children in rural areas has increasingly become a prominent problem that restricts rural development for a long time now. Therefore， the college student public welfare APP for left-behind Children plays a very important role.

0  引言

H县地处广东省东南部，是典型的贫困山区县。本文分别对距离该县城100余公里的E乡D村、X村和N村三大贫困山区进行一次实地考察调研。本次调研以普查留守儿童为主，具体走访调查年龄在5-15岁，调查每户留守少年儿童基本日常生活技能发展状况、现实生活技能需求、基本权利保障，共计走访留守户65户（其中D村35户，X村5户，N村15户）。

目前，移动端和互联网如火如荼，许多大学生想要努力为社会主义公益奉献自己的力量，这些大学生对公益社会资源更好地整合和再利用，更加高效地利于学校经济社会的健康和谐发展。因此，研究大学生公益APP是至关重要的，大学生公益APP是学生和社会之间的桥梁，起到一种纽带配合作用，能够有效地帮助更多的大学生们积极参与学校和社会上的公益活动，为和谐社会关系建设发展奉献自身的一份爱。
