在“工学结合”办学思路下审视高职体育教学改革探究

摘  要：市场经济的快速发展及新课程改革的不断深入推进，对高职院校的教学形式、教学目标、教学理念都提出了更高的要求和标准，为了向社会输送更多的技能人才，提高其社会适应能力，工学结合教学模式应运而生。本文首先就“工学结合”教育模式的相关内涵进行了概述，其后阐述了高职体育教学中开展工学结合教学模式的现实意义，随后分析了当前高职体育教学面临的主要困境，最后提出了一系列“工学结合”办学思路下推动高职体育教学改革创新的思路及策略。

Abstract： With the rapid development of market economy and the deepening of new curriculum reform， higher requirements and standards have been put forward for the teaching form， teaching objectives and teaching concepts of higher vocational colleges. In order to transport more skilled talents for the society and improve their social adaptability， the teaching mode of combination of work and study came into being. This paper first summarizes the connotation of the education mode of "combination of work and study"， then expounds the practical significance of developing the teaching mode of "combination of work and study" in the physical education of higher vocational education， then analyzes the main difficulties faced by the current physical education of higher vocational education， and finally puts forward a series of ideas and strategies to promote the reform and innovation of physical education of Higher Vocational Education under the idea of "combination of work and study".

1  高職体育教学中开展工学结合教学模式的现实意义

1.1 帮助学生快速稳定就业

众所周知，工学结合的教学模式提高了学生的社会适应能力，帮助其在院校中及时、高效地掌握社会需求及目前的就业形势，提前接触到企业对于人才的实际需求，明确自身的专业优势及发展特征，从而更好地实现就业与创业，在毕业后能够快速找到对口工作。在过去的教学过程中，很多学生因为对市场发展情况不了解，就业信息缺乏充分全面的掌握，导致无法快速稳定就业，虽然投入了大量的时间和成本却没有找到符合自身要求的工作。

1.2 引导学生树立正确职业价值观

工学结合的教学模式能够增加学生的实践操作机会，在真实的工作环境中进行理论知识的实践和技能的提高。……
