轨道交通地下二层岛式车站主体工程造价指标体系构建与分析

摘要：工程造价管理是贯穿建设工程生命全周期的一项重要工作。合理的工程造价指标可以为投资决策、造价控制等提供依据。本文以地下二层岛式车站为研究对象，对天津、广州两地不同定额水平下的地下二层岛式车站主体土建工程的综合指标、分项指标等进行对比分析。总结了地下二层岛式车站主体土建工程造价指标的特点与规律，研究结果可为地下二层岛式车站造价提供一定参考。

Abstract： Project cost management is an important work throughout the life cycle of construction project. Reasonable project cost index can provide basis for investment decision and cost control. Taking the two-floor underground island platform as the research object， this paper makes a comparative analysis comprehensive index and sub-index of the main civil engineering of the two-floor underground island platform under different quota levels in Tianjin and Guangzhou. This paper summarizes the characteristics and rules of the cost index of the main civil engineering of the two-floor underground island platform， and the research results can provide some reference for the cost of the two-floor underground island platform.

0  引言

近年来，随着城市化的不断推进，城镇人口大幅增长，为了缓解公共交通压力，城轨密集建设，迅速发展。2019年中国内地新增城轨运营线路长度共计968.77公里，再创历史新高。但由于不同城市之间、同城市不同建设时期等因素的影响，各线路工程造价指标也存在较大差异，这就要求建设造价管理人员具备较强的专业素养。

一般情况下，地铁车站站型是根据全线的行车运营组织和工程地质条件、地面环境及施工条件等因素综合确定。地下二层岛式车站由于建筑功能布置合理、流线顺畅、空间感较好，是目前地铁设计中采用最多的站型。故本文以地下二层岛式车站为研究对象，对不同城市不同定额水平下的地下二层岛式车站主体土建工程的综合指标、分项指标等进行分析。

1  构建原则

1.1 标准站假设  为建立有参考价值的造价指标体系，对地下二层岛式车站标准化假设如下：车辆系统选型为：6辆B型车编组。……
