心理训练在田径训练中的意义和应用

摘  要：田径运动不是一项简单的运动，想要参加一项田径运动并且取得令人满意的成绩需要的是综合能力，综合能力不仅包括田径运动员在比赛过程中的运动天赋、各种运动技巧、高超的战术、超越普通人的运动体能，还需要田径运动员拥有常人不能比拟的坚不可摧的心理素质，而这种独特的心理素质是需要平时的一次次比赛的历练、一次次科学的训练，总结失败，总结经验才能促就的。当运动员站在国际的舞台上参加比赛，他们代表的就不仅仅是个人，而是一个国家的荣誉。当2个运动员的水平是处在相同的情况下，他们竞争的关键就是心理素质。因此，心理素质的训练对一个运动员来说是必不可少的。

Abstract： The track and field movement is not a simple sport. It is the comprehensive ability to take part in a track and field exercise and to achieve satisfactory results. The comprehensive ability not only includes the sports talent of the track and field athletes in the course of the competition， the various sports techniques and the excellent tactics， Beyond the physical fitness of the ordinary people， it is also necessary for the track and field athletes to have the unimitable psychological quality that the ordinary people can't compare， and the unique psychological quality is the experience of the time and time of the competition， and the training of the times and again， the conclusion of the failure， and the sum-up experience can be promoted. When athletes stand on the international arena， they represent more than just individuals， but a nation's honor. When the levels of the two players are in the same situation， the key to their competition is the psychological quality. Therefore， the training of psychological quality is essential to an athlete.

现如今田径运动受到越来越重要的关注，田径运动不仅仅是一项运动，同时也是衡量一个国家运动竞技水平重要的标杆。每一项运动奖牌的取得的背后都有不懈努力的运动员、教练员以及一套科学的运动训练方法。努力固然重要，方法更是重中之重，一個好的训练方法包括技能训练、体能训练、心理训练。本文就心理训练对田径运动的意义以及具体应用做出研究。

1  心理因素对田径运动员训练的影响调查

1.1 田径教练员对心理因素的重视程度

本文调查了田径教练员75人，男教练员50人，女教练员25人。教练员的年龄范围在35～50岁之间，平均年龄为42.5岁，调查结果如表1。……
