高校体育课跆拳道项目高效课堂探究

摘  要：课堂教学是跆拳道教学的重要环节，在教学过程中起着至关重要的作用，其教学质量的高低直接影响学生的兴趣及高校跆拳道课的发展，教学效果太差对学生的兴趣爱好的培养产生不良的影响，最终导致终身体育的目标难以达成。那么，高校跆拳道老师如何成就高校课堂值得深思。本文试图通过课前备课、课堂教学、课外活动与锻炼3个方面，加入信息化教学手段，根据教学经验的总结和课堂中存在的问题，对跆拳道项目的有效课堂进行探讨，总结出合适的方法途徑。

Abstract： Classroom teaching is an important part of taekwondo teaching. It plays a vital role in the teaching process. The quality of teaching directly affects students' interest and the development of taekwondo classes in colleges and universities. The poor teaching effect is the cultivation of students' interest and hobbies. Bad influences ultimately lead to the goal of lifelong sports being difficult to achieve. Then， how the college taekwondo teachers can achieve college classrooms deserves our deep thought. The article attempts to introduce informatization teaching methods through pre-class preparation， classroom teaching， and extracurricular activities and exercises. Based on the summary of teaching experience and the problems in the classroom， the effective classroom of Taekwondo project is discussed and the appropriate ones are summarized.

随着时代的发展，信息化的进步，对各学科的课堂提出了新的要求，高效课堂是时代的呼唤，体育各项目应该顺应时代的发展，对高效课堂作出相应的研究，提升教学质量，跆拳道项目进入中国已经有很多年，深受学生的喜爱，在这个大前提下，更应该加强课堂的教学，将学生的兴趣爱好变为终身体育作为方向，一切以学生为中心，以快乐为根本。高校跆拳道老师不仅需要向学生传授跆拳道技能和知识，同时也要培养学生的精神品质，培养高素质的人才，这需要老师不断创造新的知识，拓展新的领域，提高自身素质。笔者试图通过课前准备、课堂教学、课外活动与锻炼三方面，结合高校课堂的特征，找出如何提升跆拳道高效课堂的方法。

1  高校跆拳道课前准备

高效课堂的产生，绝对不可能只通过一个教学环节，课前的准备是教师课堂发挥良好效果的前提，教师准备得充分与否，直接影响跆拳道课的质量。……
