分层教学模式在高中体育教学中的运用

摘  要：随着现代教育的不断推进，在阳光体育的背景下，体育备受教育部门和学校的关注。本文针对学校体育教学中存在的一些问题，结合学校体育的发展的特点，让分层教学模式走进学校体育的课堂，通过分层教学，打破了传统的“一锅煮”的教学模式，让不同层次的学生通过自己不懈的努力，体育成绩都能得到发展。通过这样的教学模式，不仅把学生的眼球吸引到体育教学的课堂，而且促进学生体育学习的积极性，使得体育课堂活起来，为学生的终身体育学习打下良好的基础。

Abstract： With the continuous advancement of modern education， under the background of sunshine sports， sports are paid more attention by education departments and schools. In view of some problems existing in school physical education teaching， combined with the characteristics of the development of school physical education， let the layered teaching mode into the classroom of school physical education， through the layered teaching， breaking the traditional one pot teaching mode， let the students of different levels through their unremitting efforts， physical education achievements can be developed. Through such a teaching mode， not only the students' eyes are attracted to the classroom of physical education， but also the enthusiasm of students' physical education learning is promoted， which makes the physical education classroom live and lays a good foundation for students' lifelong physical education learning.

1  分层教学模式在高中体育教学中的内涵和作用

1.1 分层教学在体育教学中的内涵

所谓的分层教学就是教师根据学生的身体情况，以及学生身体素质的差异性，在进行体育教学中，有针对性的进行分组，一般分为3层，A层是学优生，身体素质较好和运动能力较强学生;B层是中等生，身体素质一般和运动能力也是一般;C层是学困生，身体素质较差和运动技能较差的学生。教师在设计课堂内容的时候，可以根据不同层次的学生设计不同的教学目标和教学任务，这样满足学生的特点，让学优生吃好，学困生吃饱，通过分层教学，让不同层次的学生得到发展，从而提高课堂效率。

1.2 分层教学在体育教学中的作用

1.2.1 促进学生体育学习的积极性

众所周知，高中对于学生而言是至关重要的，也是最苦的时刻，在高考的指揮棒下，在教师和家长的压力下，学生的文化课的压力很大，很多一部分学生不愿意把时间投入到体育锻炼中，他们觉得体育锻炼是浪费时间，所以高中体育课的学生都是无精打采的。……
