关于中小学学生体质健康现状及对策研究①

摘  要：随着素质教育的不断推进，国家对青少年未来体育健康问题高度的关注。国务院下发《关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》明确指出，各级中小学利用5年的时间，是全国的中小学学生达到国家体质健康的要求。本文针对甘肃省民勤县中小学学生体质健康存在的问题进行问卷调查和走访，从不同的角度和层次对该县中小学学生体质健康问题存在的因素进行分析，找出影响该县青少年体质健康的瓶颈，并且根据该县中小学学生体质健康水平的实际情况，提出对策。

Abstract： With the continuous promotion of quality education， the state pays close attention to the future sports health problems of teenagers. The State Council issued the opinions on strengthening youth physical education and enhancing youth's physique， which clearly pointed out that the use of five years in primary and secondary schools at all levels is the requirement for primary and secondary school students to meet the national physique and health. This paper aims at the problems existing in the physical health of primary and secondary school students in Minqin County， Gansu Province， carries out questionnaire survey and interview， analyzes the factors existing in the physical health of primary and secondary school students in our county from different angles and levels， finds out the bottleneck affecting the physical health of teenagers in our county， and puts forward countermeasures according to the actual situation of the physical health of primary and secondary school students in our county.

1  民勤縣青少年的体质健康问题不容乐观

在2017和2018年的上半年，课题小组对民勤县中小学学生体质健康问题进行问卷调查和访谈，主要表现在以下几个方面：学生的肺活量逐年在下降，学生的爆发力、耐力、速度和力量也在不同程度的下降，尤其肥胖的孩子越来越多，而且青少年的视力也在下降，尤其视力下降的少年儿童队伍逐渐壮大，国家有关部门已经向广大中小学敲响了“警钟”，但是好多学校还是“我行我素”，对学校体育的重视程度不够，导致青少年的身体素质逐年下降。调查发现，近几年肥胖增长幅度较大，还有青少年视力下降的较快，学生主要肥胖的原因是生活水平不断提高，学生饮食过度，而且不进行自主体育锻炼;眼睛视力下降的主要原因是孩子的作业较多，而且现在的孩子看手机成瘾，导致视力下降急速。……
