数字测量技术在建筑工程测量的应用

摘要：随着科学技术的不断进步，工程测量技术也有了本质上的飞跃，作为建筑工程的重要环节，工程测量的准确性将直接影响到建筑工程的施工质量和施工安全。为了有效提高建筑工程的质量，保证建筑工作的顺利进行，在施工过程中必须给予测量工作足够的重视。现代测量技术已实现了数字化、自动化、实时化，“3S”（GPS、GIS、RS）技术、测量机器人、地面三维激光扫描、数字近景摄影测量以及现代传感器测量等数字测量技术在建筑工程测量中被广泛应用。

Abstract： With the continuous progress of science and technology， engineering measurement technology has also made an essential leap. As an important part of construction engineering， the accuracy of engineering measurement will directly affect the construction quality and safety of construction engineering. In order to effectively improve the quality of construction projects and ensure the smooth progress of construction work， sufficient attention must be paid to the measurement work during the construction process. Modern measurement technology has realized digitization， automation， real-time， "3S" （GPS， GIS， RS） technology， measurement robot， ground three-dimensional laser scanning， digital close-range photogrammetry and modern sensor measurement and other digital measurement technology in construction engineering survey are widely used.

0  引言

建筑工程测量工作始终贯穿于建筑工程规划、建设和运营管理阶段。工程规划阶段主要任务是建立测图控制网和进行地形图测绘，所获取的测量成果是编写施工组织设计和施工方案的重要组成部分;工程建设阶段主要任务是建立施工控制网、施工放样、设备安装测量和竣工测量;工程运营管理阶段主要任务建立变形监测网和变形监测。随着我国现代化工程测量技术的日益进步以及建筑结构的不断改革和创新，为了确保地形图、控制点等测绘工程的质量精度能够满足建筑工程顺利进行，数字测量技术在建筑工程中应用范围越来越广泛。数字化测量技术是在计算机、互联网以及测量仪器的飞速发展基础上产生的新兴测量技术，其中数字化测量技术主要为“3S”（GPS、GIS、RS）技术、RTK技术、数字化绘图技术、三维可视化技术。……
