节奏体语《弟子规》融入高专学前体育课程教学的创新实践研究

摘  要：本文采用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法，对节奏体语《弟子规》在高专学前体育教学课程中开展的情况进行分析，在此基础上找到了影响高专学前学校开展节奏体语《弟子规》的原因及在改革实践过程中存在的问题，进而探索出节奏体语《弟子规》融于高专学前体育课程的发展策略;节奏体语《弟子规》项目的开展既可以丰富高专学前体育教学资源，又能够为其他高校体育课程教学改革提供一定的参考与借鉴，对传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化起到积极推动的作用。

1  問题的提出

节奏体语是一个集音乐、舞蹈、体育、教育于一体的全新艺术表现形式和原创运动项目。作为传统文化经典的《弟子规》是中国优秀传统文化特色教育的一个亮点，“《弟子规》传统文化进校园”受到社会各界的一致好评和普遍欢迎，节奏体语+国学经典《弟子规》的融合创编动作，具有鲜明的民族特色，节奏体语《弟子规》是独具中华优秀传统文化的一项新型体育项目，通过手掌击打身体各部位和跺脚来打出具有节奏感的声音，该项运动项目不受硬件条件的限制，适宜人群广泛，具有全面的教育价值和无限的创造空间，被称为“中国式啦啦操”。
