基于“新课标”理念下的体育个性化教学探析

摘  要：为了迎合新时代教育发展的要求，契合“新课标”体育教学理念，为社会培养新时代全面发展的复合型人才。然而“新课标”理念作为学校体育基础教学的标准指标体系，在基础教学中起着关键性作用。“量体裁衣、对症下药”的体育教学方式是培养学生体育学科核心素养的捷径。通过文献资料法、归纳与演绎法对“新课标”理念在学校具体的体育基础教学过程中，针对教学模式进行探讨，分析影响个性化教学的因素，对个性化教学进行探析。结论：个性化教学有利于促进学生学科核心素养的形成，健全完美人格，提升学生兴趣爱好，并造就学生良性循环的学习过程。

Abstract： In order to meet the requirements of the development of education in the new era， conform to the concept of "new curriculum" sports teaching， and cultivate comprehensive talents for the society in the new era. However， the concept of "new curriculum standard" plays a key role in basic teaching as a standard index system of basic physical education. The physical education teaching method of "tailor to suit the needs of the situation" is a shortcut to cultivate the core quality of students' physical education. Through the methods of literature， induction and deduction， this paper discusses the concept of "new curriculum standard" in the process of school specific physical education basic teaching， analyzes the factors affecting personalized teaching， and probes into personalized teaching. Conclusion： individualized teaching is conducive to the formation of students' subject core literacy， the perfection of personality， the promotion of students' interests and hobbies， and the formation of students' virtuous cycle of learning process.

众所周知，个性是人类所特有的，既个体之间的差异，个体与个体之间不管是身体形态、思想情感、生活习惯等都存在着或多或少的不同。个性化教学就是充分尊重个体之间的差异，根据学生个性特点组织教学，培养学生学科的学习能力，增强学生学习兴趣，提高学科的教学质量。随着教育改革的不断深入和现代教育教学理念的不断融入，已经向体育、德育与智育相融合的综合素质、综合能力教育延伸，个性发展体育成为新的课题[1]。

个性是我国素质教育的一个非常重要的衡量标准和培养目标之一，体育教学的意义不仅在于让学生学会体育运动的技能， 更重要的是要借助于这些体育运动来塑造他们的内心， 让他们能够真正跟得上社会进步的速度[2]。……
