浅谈职业道德修养对促进体育教师发展的重要意义

摘  要：随着当代教育的不断发展与所面临的挑战多样化，其特殊性决定了教师需要始终不间断的加强自我的人格修养及培养优秀的职业道德品质。在教学中，老师转变角色成为组织者、引导者，其自身的职业道德修养也成为了教学质量最关键的影响因素。在新课改不断发展的背景下，职业道德修养的高低也更为重要地影响着教师自身的发展。

Abstract： With the continuous development of contemporary education and the diversification of the challenges it faces， its particularity determines that teachers need to constantly strengthen their self-cultivation and cultivate excellent professional ethics. In teaching， teachers change their roles to become organizers and guides， and their own professional ethics cultivation has become the most important factor influencing the quality of teaching. Under the background of the continuous development of new curriculum reform， the level of professional ethics cultivation also affects the development of teachers themselves.

1  当代加强体育教师职业道德修养的紧迫性

1.1 深入贯彻落实以德治国重要思想的迫切需要

新时代，倡导学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，学校在践行党中央“为人民服务，让人民满意”这一宗旨的过程中，不但要承担起“坚决抵制腐朽糟粕文化、大力发展优良传统文化、努力改造落后贫穷文化、支持健康有益深远文化”的社会责任，体育教师作为学校教育的组织者之一，也要挑起素质教育的实施者，人才成长的引路人的艰苦重任。随着高校体育教育制度的不断完善，我国高校体育老师终身学习的观念越来越强烈，思想道德修养不断提升，我国由体育大国不断朝着体育强国发展，体育不再局限于国内，日益走向国际化。在具有五千多年优良传统文化的背景下，时刻都在传承着中华民族文化的精髓，以德礼人，以德服人成为了人們行事的前提，所以，加强体育师职业道德修养，便成为了教育部落实以德治国方略和推进以德治校的重要组成部分。……
