初中体育教学中体育游戏的应用简析

摘  要：随着新课改进程的不断推进，传统的教学模式显然已经无法适应教育改革的需求。初中阶段正是初中生身体健康发展的重要时期，所以体育教学不容忽视。只是，由于受到传统教学观念及教学方法的影响，使得体育教学的实践性和有效性都有所欠缺。作为一种内容丰富且形式灵活的教学手段，体育游戏应用于初中体育教学中，不仅能够提高初中生体育学习和锻炼的积极性，而且对初中体育教学质量及水平的提高，都起到了非常重要的作用。本文针对初中体育教学中应用体育游戏的重要意义及应用原则，进行了较为全面的分析，并基于此提出了几点体育游戏的应用策略。

Abstract： With the continuous advancement of new curriculum， traditional teaching model has clearly failed to meet the needs of educational reform. The junior high school stage is an important period for the healthy development of junior high school students， so physical education cannot be ignored. However， due to the influence of traditional teaching concepts and teaching methods， practicality and effectiveness of physical education are lacking. As a kind of rich and flexible teaching method， sports games used in junior high school physical education can not only improve the enthusiasm of junior high school students in physical education and exercise， but also play an important role in improving the quality and level of junior high school physical education. This paper analyzes the significance and application principle of the application of sports games in junior high school physical education， and puts forward some application strategies of sports games based on this point.

1  初中体育教学中应用体育游戏的重要意义

1.1 初中体育教学中应用体育游戏，可激发初中生的体育学习兴趣

“兴趣是学生最好的老师。”在初中阶段，学生正处于身心成长的重要阶段，对游戏也怀有十分的热情，体育教师将枯燥的运动要点以丰富有趣的游戏方式表现出来，可有效激发初中生的体育学习兴趣，并最大限度地调动其参与游戏和训练的主动性和积极性。由于体育游戏不受时间、空间的限制，将体育游戏融于体育教学中，还可以使其灵活性和娱乐性得以充分发挥，在一定程度上，也能提升初中体育教学效果。
