校园足球推广背景下体育院校足球专项课程改革研究

摘  要：本文运用文献资料法、对比分析法对全国几所体育院校足球专项课程开展现状调查分析。结果表明，所调查4所体育院校足球专项课程平均学时为440学时;足球专项课程理论部分主要是足球技战术分析，足球规则及裁判法，实践部分主要是足球技战术教学训练和足球裁判法实践。建议：哈尔滨学院足球专项课程改革首先要以高水平中小学足球专任教师为培养目标;足球专项课程增加至400学时为宜，增设足球教练员实践和裁判员实践两部分内容。

Abstract： By using the methods of literature and comparative analysis， this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of football special courses in several sports colleges in China. The results show that the average class hours of football special courses in the four physical education institutions investigated are 440; the theoretical part of football special courses is mainly football technical and tactical analysis， football rules and referee method， and the practical part is mainly football technical and tactical teaching and training and football referee method practice. It is suggested that first of all， the reform of football special course in Harbin University should take high-level football full-time teachers in primary and secondary schools as the training goal; it is appropriate to increase the football special course to 400 class hours， and add two parts of football coach practice and referee practice.

1  體育院校足球专项课程比较研究

1.1 足球专项课程学时比较

足球专项课程是体育院校为培养足球专任教师开设的一门必修课程。对于足球专项课程各个学校称呼有所不同。北京体育大学运动训练专业足球必修课总学时达到800学时，是体育院校中足球专项课程课时最多的学校，其次是武汉体育学院足球必修课462学时，首都体育学院432学时[1]。而作为东北地区的吉林体育学院足球专业足球课程只有64学时[2]，哈尔滨学院社会体育专业足球专业核心课程只有32学时，与北京体育大学、武汉体育学院和首都体育学院差距巨大。北京体育大学在总学时、理论课程、实践课程、考核课程的学时数中都要比首都体育学院和武汉体育学院要多很多。实践课的学时中，北京体育大学为602学时，首都体育学院为352学时，武汉体育学院为340学时;在理论课的学适中，武汉体育学院最多，为116学时。……
