遮阴对枫香幼苗移栽生长及生理特性的影响

摘要 以一年生枫香幼苗为材料，研究轻度遮阴（透光率90%）、中度遮阴（透光率60%）、重度遮阴（透光率30%）对枫香幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明，不同遮阴处理会对枫香幼苗的生长及生理产生显著影响，随着遮阴度增加，枫香幼苗的苗高生长量、地径生长量均先增加后降低，在中度遮阴处理（透光率60%）下达到最大值;叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量随遮阴度增加而增加;叶片渗透性调节物质可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸的含量和3种抗氧化酶活性均随遮阴度增加先降低后升高，在中度遮阴处理（透光率60%）下达到最小值。研究表明，一年生枫香幼苗在中度遮阴条件下生长最好，具有一定的耐阴性。

Abstract Taking one year old Liquidambar formosana Hance seeding as material，to study the effects of mild shading （transmittance 90%），moderate shading （transmittance 60%） and serious shading （transmittance 30%） on growth and physiological preoperty of L.formosana seedlings.The results showed that different shading treatments had significant effects on the growth and physiology of L.formosana seedlings.With the increase of shading degree，the growth of seedling height and ground diameter of L.formosana seedlings increased first and then decreased，they reached the top under the moderate shading condition （transmittance 60%）; the value of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content increased;the content of soluble sugar，soluble protein and free proline of leaf permeability regulating substances and three kinds of antioxidants reduced first and then increased，they reached the minimum under moderate shading condition （transmittance 60%）.The study shows that annual L.formosana seedlings grow best under moderate shading condition and have a certain tolerance to negative.

光照是植物赖以生存的环境因子，光合作用为植物的生长发育过程提供了大部分的生活能量，光照在植物生长发育和形态建成中有重要的诱导作用[1]。有研究表明，在植株幼苗时期一定程度的遮阴处理能有效地促进植株生长[2]。

枫香 （Liquidambar formosana Hance）为金缕梅科（Hamamelidaceae）枫香属 （Liquidambar） 植物，为著名的秋色叶树种，入秋后枫香叶色变化丰富，极具观赏价值，宜作风景林和庭院绿化树种[3]。同时，枫香具有一定的药用价值，全株可入药，其果实可作为中药，名为路路通，有祛风通络、利水除湿的功能，根和皮叶有祛风除湿、行气止痛的功效，枫香脂有解毒生肌、止血止痛等功效[4-5]。枫香提取物具有良好的抑菌[6]、抗氧化、抗炎抗血栓[5]等活性。……
