基于素质教育的高职体育教学改革研究

摘  要：随着素质教育的全面推广，高职院校在教学中必须要格外重视素质教育，尤其是在高职体育教学中，教师在教学中要积极落实素质教育，这样不仅可以促使学生具备较强的体育技能，同时还可以使学生具备良好的道德品质，这对学生的日后学习和发展具有重要的意义。因此体育教师在教学中必须要给予高度重视，并积极对现有的体育教学方式进行改革，从而促使学生具备较强的体育综合素养。对此本文做了深入分析，首先阐述了当前大学生体育教育面临的现实问题，其次分析了素质教育对高职院校体育教学的要求，最后对素质教育下大学体育教学改革进行分析。

Abstract： With the comprehensive promotion of quality education， higher vocational colleges must take special attention to in the teaching quality of education， especially in the teaching of physical education， teachers should actively implement the quality education in teaching， such not only can make students have strong sports skills， but also can make students have good moral character， the students' learning and development is of great importance in the future. Therefore， PE teachers must attach great importance to PE teaching， and actively reform the existing PE teaching methods， so as to promote students to have a strong comprehensive quality of PE. This paper makes an in-depth analysis， first elaborated the current college physical education facing the practical problems， then analyzed the quality education of higher vocational college physical education requirements， finally under the quality education of college physical education reform analysis.

随着我国经济的快速发展，教育部门对高职体育教师提出了更为严格的要求，要求教师在教学中不仅要传授学生相应的体育知识，同时还要教会学生相应的技能，进而使学生在体育学习中可以养成良好的运动习惯，从而促使学生德、智、体、美、劳全面均衡的发展。因此教师在教学中必须要积极对现有的体育教学模式进行改革，将素质教育全面的落实在体育教学中，进而为学生的日后发展打下扎实的基础。

1  当前大学生体育教育面临的现实问题
