浅谈如何提高工业企业统计数据质量

【摘  要】随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高，统计工作在摸清经济发展现状和为经济发展提供决策参考等方面的作用日益凸显。我国作为制造业大国，工业企业统计的数据质量显得尤为重要。目前受多种因素的影响，工业企业统计的数据质量有待进一步提高。论文主要对当前工业企业统计存在的问题及其原因进行分析，并提出几点改进措施，以供参考。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of China's economic development level， the role of statistical work in finding out the current situation of economic development， and providing decision-making reference for economic development is increasingly prominent. As a big manufacturing country， the data quality of industrial statistics is particularly important. At present， influenced by many factors， the data quality of industrial statistics needs to be further improved. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems and their causes in the current statistics of industrial enterprises， and puts forward some improvement measures， for reference.

1 引言

在我国经济步入新常态，国际竞争压力持续加大的背景下，工业企业统计的数据质量广受关注，高质量的统计数据能更好地服务经济社会发展，从而提高我国的综合竞争力。然而，由于企业对统计工作不够重视等原因，当前工业企业统计存在数据准确性偏低等不少问题，严重影响到统计数据的质量。

2 工业企业统计中存在的主要问题

一是迟报、拒报等违法行为依然存在。实行一套表联网直报以来，大部分工业企业都能做到及时报送报表，但仍有部分企业习惯性“卡点”上报，少数企业经常性迟报。甚至有极少数企业找各种理由拒绝报送统计报表，严重影响到统计数据的及时采集和及时审核汇总。二是统计数据准确性有待提高。少数工业企业虽然能够及时报送报表，对统计工作表面上比较配合，但数据准确性不高，存在漏报、瞒报和随意预估数据的情况，统计数据不能反映企业真实生产经营状况。……
