艺术表现力在高校体育舞蹈教学中的培养对策分析

摘  要：艺术表现力在高校的体育舞蹈教学中，是十分重要的一项培养内容。体育舞蹈教学不仅需要培养学生的肢体灵活能力，更要培养学生对音乐节奏的把握能力及艺术表现能力等，其中艺术表现能力又是一门重要的内在涵养，它的培养需要从多方面进行，而且需要长期的培养。本文是从艺术表现力的涵义着手分析，进而研究了当前体育舞蹈教学中学生艺术表现力培养的现状，最后归纳得出了高校舞蹈教学中培养学生的艺术表现力的具体对策。谨以此文，希望能给广大高校体育教育工作者带来参考和借鉴。

Abstract： Artistic expression is a very important training content in sports dance teaching in colleges and universities.Sports dance teaching not only needs to cultivate students' ability of physical flexibility， but also to cultivate students' ability to grasp the rhythm of music and artistic expression ability. Among them， artistic expression ability is an important internal self-cultivation， its cultivation needs to be carried out from many aspects， and needs to be cultivated for a long time. This paper analyzes the meaning of artistic expression， and then studies the present situation of the cultivation of students' artistic expression in sports dance teaching， and finally sums up the concrete countermeasures for cultivating students' artistic expression in dance teaching in colleges and universities. I would like to In this paper， I hope to bring reference and reference to the majority of physical education workers in colleges and universities.

現如今，不少高校都已经开设了体育舞蹈教学课程，这门课程旨在锻炼学生的身体素质，同时发展学生的兴趣爱好，也能提升学生的舞蹈水平。设立此门课程的初衷非常美好，但是在实际的体育舞蹈教学中，也出现了很多亟需解决的问题，值得广大体育舞蹈教学工作者去思考和研究。

1  艺术表现力的涵义

艺术表现力，通常指表演者能够做到外在肢体动作与内在的艺术素养的有机统一，艺术表现力是经过生动的面部表情、肢体语言来呈现的，从而能够让台下的观众被眼前表演所要呈现的内容和情感内涵而打动，由此产生情感的共鸣。艺术表现力的目的是表达表演者的主观情感，而通常是需要借助肢体语言等外在形式来进行表现[1]。……
