护理风险管理对普外科护理管理的效果影响分析

[摘要] 目的 分析評价普外科护理管理工作中护理风险管理的应用效果。方法 该次将普外科22名护理人员作为研究的对象，随机分为两组，对照组11名给予一般护理管理方法，观察组11名给予护理风险管理方法;另取同期200例普外科患者作为研究的对象，入选地点为该院，入选时间为2018年1月—2019年1月，按随机分组法分成两组，其中对照组100例采取一般护理管理方法，观察组100例则采取护理风险管理方法，进一步比较两组护理管理效果。结果 ①观察组护理风险事件总发生率为4.00%，和对照组的28.00%对比显著更低，两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。②在护患纠纷事件发生率上，观察组显著低于对照组，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。③在风险评估质量评分、病房管理质量评分、风险处理质量评分方面，观察组显著高于对照组，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 普外科护理管理工作中，护理风险管理方法的应用，能够降低护理风险事件发生率与护患纠纷事件发生率，进一步提高普外科护理管理质量。

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Risk Management on the Effect of Nursing Management in General Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of nursing risk management in general surgical nursing management. Methods Twenty-two nurses in general surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given general nursing management method in 11 cases， and the observation group was given nursing risk management method in 11 cases. Another 200 general surgery patients were selected as the same period. The study object was selected from the hospital and was selected from January 2018 to January 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method， of which 100 patients in the control group adopted general nursing management methods and 100 patients in the observation group adopted nursing risks. Management methods to further compare the effectiveness of nursing management between the two groups. Results 1.The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 4.00%， which was significantly lower than the 28.00% in the control group. The data between the two groups were statistically significantly difference（P<0.05）. 2.In the incidence of nurse-patient disputes， the observation group was significantly lower than the control group， and the difference in the two groups were statistically different. 3.In terms of risk assessment quality scores， ward management quality scores， and risk treatment quality scores， the observation group was significantly higher than the control group， and the difference in the two groups were statistically different（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management methods in general surgical nursing management can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and incidents of nurse-patient disputes and further improve the quality of general surgical nursing management; therefore， it has significance for promotion and use.

在医院普外科中，收治的患者类型较多，患者病情复杂，在积极治疗的基础上，需加强管理，即：以加强护理人员的管理为出发点，进一步加强对患者的护理管理，从而确保医院普外科护理管理工作有序进行[1-2]。值得注意的是，近年来不少学者表示，基于医院普外科护理工作中，潜在一些较为明显的风险问题，比如患者发生意外跌倒、发生院内交叉感染以及意外拔管风险等;考虑到这些风险问题的发生得到有效预防控制，采取有效的风险护理管理方法非常关键。结合多年的临床护理工作经验，该文认为在护理风险管理过程中，需遵循科室管理制度，加强各个环节的细节风险管理工作。鉴于此，在该次研究过程中，一共纳入该院在2018年1月—2019年1月收治的200例普外科患者及同期22名护理工作人员作为研究的对象，评价护理风险管理在其中的应用效果，现报道如下。……
