层级护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用研究

[摘要] 目的 以內科护理管理工作为研究对象，对层级护理管理模式在其中的应用效果进行分析研究。方法 该次以该院在2018年3月—2019年2月工作的内科护士24名作为研究的对象，随机分为两组，对照组采取常规护理管理方法，观察组采取层级护理管理方法;然后取同期92例内科患者，观察组46例、对照组46例;进一步对两组内科护理管理效果进行分析评价。结果 ①护理管理工作人员护理管理质量评分、护理管理质量评分，观察组均明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。②观察组护理管理差错事件发生率与管理投诉率明显低于对照组，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。③患者对护理管理服务工作的总满意度观察组（95.65%）明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 内科护理管理实施层级护理管理模式具备明显的作用，能够使护理管理质量水平得到有效提升，降低护理管理差错事件发生率及投诉率。

Research on Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management Model in Internal Medicine Nursing Management

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the application effect of hierarchical nursing management model in internal medicine nursing management. Methods Twenty-four internal medicine nurses working in the hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the research object， and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted conventional nursing management methods and the observation group adopted hierarchical nursing management methods. Take 92 medical patients in the same period， 46 in the observation group and 46 in the control group; further analyze and evaluate the effect of medical nursing management in the two groups. Results 1.Nursing management staff's nursing management quality score and nursing management quality score were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group， with statistically significantly differences between the two groups. 2.The incidence of nursing management errors and the rate of management complaints in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the data in the two groups were statistically significantly different. 3.The total satisfaction of patients in nursing management services was significantly higher in the observation group（95.65%） than in the control group， with statistically significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management mode in internal medicine nursing management has obvious effects， can effectively improve the quality level of nursing management， reduce the incidence of incidents and complaints of nursing management errors.

内科为医院的一大科室，收治的疾病类型较多，同时“子”科室也较多，比如：消化内科、呼吸内科以及心血管内科等。为了提高医院内科护理管理质量水平，便有必要结合科室特点，采取有效的护理管理方法[1-2]。近年来，不少临床研究学者表明，层级护理管理模式在内科护理管理工作过程中能够起到至关重要的作用，比如明晰各级护理管理工作人员的护理管理工作职责，在加强对护理人员的管理的基础上，进一步加强对患者的护理管理，使内科护理管理工作更加完善及详细。鉴于此，在该次研究过程中，将该院在2018年3月—2019年2月内科护士24名和92例内科患者作为研究对象，重点对层级护理管理模式的使用价值进行分析评估，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

该次入选的内科护士24名，以随机数字分组法分为两组;观察组12名，均为女性;年龄分布在21～41岁，平均为（30.3±1.1）岁;本科及以上8名、大专4名。……
