结构化护理团队模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果分析

[摘要] 目的 研究与分析结构化护理团队模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法 以该院急诊科进行治疗的88例患者作为该次研究的研究对象，该次研究的研究对象选取时间段为2017年7月—2019年7月，随后根据患者的入院先后顺序进行标号，其中单号患者作为抢救对照组，由未经过专业培训的护理人员进行护理管理，而双号患者作为抢救实验组，由经过专业培训的护理人员进行护理管理。结果 抢救实验组与抢救对照组患者的建立静脉通道时间、给药时间、抢救总时间、抢救成功率以及不良事件发生率等指标，数据对比均差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 结构化护理团队模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果显著。

Analysis of Application Effect of Structured Nursing Team Model in Emergency Nursing Management

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the application effect of structured nursing team model in emergency nursing management. Methods 88 patients who came to the emergency department of the hospital for treatment were selected as the research object of this study. The study period of this study was selected from July 2017 to July 2019， and then labeled according to the order of patients' admission. Among them， the single patient is used as the rescue control group and managed by nursing staff without professional training， while the double patient is used as the rescue experiment group and managed by nursing staff with professional training. Results Between the rescue experiment group and the rescue control group in terms of time to establish venous access， administration time， total rescue time， rescue success rate， and incidence of adverse events. The data comparison was statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion The structured nursing team model has significant application effect in emergency nursing management.

在上世紀70年代末，急诊医学被确定为新型的医学专业，我国在北京协和医院创立了第一个急诊科，从而拉开了我国急诊科治疗的序幕。急救抢救室作为第一线接受危重症患者的科室，在第一时间急、危、重症患者会被送入急诊科进行抢救治疗[1]，在急救科进行工作的医务人员往往会遇到不可预测、突发的事件。急诊医学作为一个十分特殊的医学专业，承担着判断评估以及诊断患者的临床症状以及病情危重程度的重任，需要医务人员在最短的时间内做出有效的处理。抢救者的临床经验、抢救的时效性以及团队的协调合作均很大程度地决定着抢救成功率[2]。该文以2017年7月—2019年7月该院急诊收治的88例患者为例，对结构化护理团队模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果进行研究与分析，现报道如下。……
