突发群体伤患者的一体化急救护理管理

[摘要] 目的 分析一体化急救护理管理用于突发群体伤患者急救中的效果。方法 该院从2018年开始在急诊科开展一体化急救护理管理，选取2017年7—12月急诊科收治的突发群体伤患者共35例为对照组，选取2018年1—6月急診科收治的突发群体伤患者共35例为观察组，比较两组护理管理质量。结果 观察组急救反应时间、检伤分类时间、按区分流时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组急救成功率为94.28%，高于对照组成功率77.14%（P<0.05）;观察组患者对护理管理实施的满意度为97.14%，高于对照组满意度80.00%（P<0.05）。结论 一体化急救护理管理用于突发群体伤患者急救中能够提升急救护理质量，保证更高的急救成功率，患者对护理管理的满意度也更高。

Integrated Emergency Nursing Management for Patients with Sudden Group Injuries

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of integrated emergency nursing management in the emergency treatment of patients with sudden group injuries. Methods Our hospital started to carry out integrated emergency nursing management in the emergency department from 2018. A total of 35 patients with sudden group injuries admitted in the emergency department from July to December 2017 were selected as the control group. A total of 35 patients with sudden group injuries admitted to the emergency department from January to June 2018 were the observation group， and the quality of nursing management was compared between the two groups. Results The emergency response time， injury classification time and flow-by-flow time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）; the emergency success rate in the observation group was 94.28%， which was higher than the composition power of the control by 77.14%（P<0.05）; The satisfaction of patients in the observation group on the implementation of nursing management was 97.14%， which was higher than that of the control group by 80.00%（P<0.05）. Conclusion The integrated emergency nursing management used in the emergency treatment of patients with sudden group injuries can improve the quality of emergency nursing， ensure a higher emergency success rate， and the patient's satisfaction with nursing management is higher.

群体外伤是突发事件导致的主要创伤类型，群体伤多为突然发生，主要特点包括受伤人数多、时间紧、伤情复杂、急救难度高[1]。针对群体伤患者的急救对医院急救管理质量提出了较高要求，为了适应不断变化的急救要求，急诊科的医疗模式逐渐从以往单一的急诊治疗慢慢转变为院前急救-急诊科-急诊手术室、急诊重症监护室、急诊观察病房的一体化急诊模式，通过各方的合作，有效提升急诊的效率，赢取更多有效救治时间[2-3]。针对群体伤患者的急诊救治，除了医疗方面的治疗，做好护理管理工作也非常重要，一体化急救护理管理在急诊科急救中的影响能够使科室有更高的群伤突发事件应对与处置能力，不同护理人员之间有更高的配合度，各应预案的制订有效保障了科室的协调能力[4-5]。该研究以2017年7月—2018年6月共70例患者为对象，具体探讨一体化急救护理管理的实施方法及效果，现报道如下。……
