皮肤科门诊患者医院感染的预防和管理措施

[摘要] 目的 探讨皮肤科门诊患者医院感染的预防和管理措施。方法 分析2018年1—12月期间医院皮肤科门诊部在医院感染预防与管理中的危险因素，提出相应管理对策，制定优化管理模式，并从2019年1月开始实施。在优化管理模式实施前后分别选取55例门诊患者，设为对照组、研究组，比较两组患者医院感染发生率以及消毒隔离管理质量水平差异。结果 ①研究组患者的医院感染发生率是5.45%，低于对照组的20.00%（P<0.05）;②研究组时期的皮肤科消毒隔离管理质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在皮肤科门诊患者医院感染预防管理中适宜实施优化管理模式，效果突出。

Prevention and Management of Nosocomial Infections in Dermatology Clinics

[Abstract] Objective To explore the prevention and management measures of nosocomial infections in dermatology clinics. Methods Analyze the risk factors in the prevention and management of hospital infections in the dermatology clinic of the hospital from January to December 2018， propose corresponding management countermeasures， formulate an optimized management model， and implement it from January 2019. Before and after the implementation of the optimized management model， 55 outpatients were selected as the control group and the research group， and the differences in the incidence of nosocomial infection and the quality of disinfection and isolation management between the two groups were compared. Results 1.The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients in the study group was 5.45%， which was lower than 20.00% in the control group （P<0.05）; 2.The quality score of dermatological disinfection and isolation management in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The optimal management model is suitable for the prevention and management of nosocomial infections in dermatology outpatients， and the effect is outstanding.

皮膚科作为医院感染管理的重要门诊部门，患者不同于其他科室患者，其发病部位是容易接触的皮肤，且其皮肤屏障保护受损，医护人员每日均需要同感染患者近距离接触，并执行各种治疗、护理措施，容易造成交叉感染，增加医院感染发生率，这对医护人员与患者的安全均十分不利[1]。因此，有必要加强对医院皮肤科工作人员的管理，以控制医院感染，提高管理水平，保障患者、医护人员安全。近期，该科通过分析既往皮肤科医院感染管理方面的缺陷、漏洞，提出了优化管理模式，并在临床实践中取得良好效果。为证明优化管理模式在皮肤科门诊管理中的可行性、优越性，并指导皮肤科临床管理，该文特以回顾性分析方法，2018年1—12月开展该次试验，选取55例门诊患者，现从医院感染发生率、皮肤科消毒隔离管理质量方面着手，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

通过分析医院皮肤科门诊部在医院感染预防与管理中危险因素，提出优化管理措施，并应用于2019年1月至今，在此期间随机选取55例皮肤科门诊患者设为研究组，并在优化管理措施实施前随机选取55例同类型患者设为对照组。……
