人性化护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者满意度的影响和措施观察

[摘要] 目的 分析對老年慢性阻塞性肺炎并伴有糖尿病患者实施个性化护理进行干预的临床效果。方法 从2017年2月—2019年2月选取该院所收治的104例老年患者作为该次研究对象，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，将对照组52例老年患者予以常规护理进行干预，观察组52例老年患者予以个性化护理进行干预，比较104例老年患者的血糖水平、护理满意度以及SDS评分、SAS评分情况。 结果 两组分别进行护理干预后，观察组52例老年患者的2 hPBG、FPG以及HbA1c水平均明显比对照组52例老年患者低（P<0.05）;观察组52例老年患者的护理满意度要明显比对照组52例老年患者高（P<0.05）;观察组52例老年患者的SDS评分、SAS评分明显比对照组52例老年患者低（P<0.05）。结论 对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎并伴有糖尿病患者进行治疗时实施个性化护理，不仅可以有效改善老年慢性阻塞性肺炎并伴有糖尿病患者的生活质量，提高患者的满意度，还可以缓解患者焦虑抑郁等不良情绪。

Effect of Humanistic Nursing on Satisfaction of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pneumonia Complicated with Diabetes and Observation of Measures

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effects of interventions in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia accompanied by diabetes. Methods From February 2017 to February 2019， 104 elderly patients treated in the hospital were selected as the research object. Each group of 52 cases was divided into observation group and control group by random number table method， and 52 cases of control group were divided. Elderly patients were intervened with routine care， and 52 elderly patients in the observation group were intervened with personalized care. Blood glucose levels， nursing satisfaction， SDS scores， and SAS scores of 104 elderly patients were compared. Results After two groups of nursing intervention， the levels of 2 hPBG， FPG and HbA1c in 52 elderly patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the 52 elderly patients in the observation group was significantly higher. Compared with 52 elderly patients in the control group （P<0.05）， the SDS score and SAS score of the 52 elderly patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the 52 elderly patients in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of personalized care in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia accompanied by diabetes can not only effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia accompanied by diabetes， improve patient satisfaction， but also relieve anxiety and depression and other bad emotions in patients.

现如今，我国老龄化越来越严重，因此每年慢阻肺的发病率也越来越高[1-2]。在临床中，慢性阻塞性肺气肿属于一种肺部疾病，是由于肺部终末支气管的远端发生了过度充气以及膨胀的情况，从而降低患者的肺部弹性，使肺部容积加大[1]。呼吸困难为该病的主要临床症状，病情严重甚至会导致肺心病或呼吸衰竭，严重危及到患者的生命安全。由于该病的患者体质普遍较差，因此不仅要加强对患者的治疗，还需要加强对患者的护理。人性化护理旨在根据每位患者不同的身体情况来制定人性化的护理方案，以更加具有针对性的护理来提高护理质量。为了进一步分析对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎并伴有糖尿病患者实施个性化护理进行干预的临床效果，从2017年2月—2019年2月选取该院所收治的104例老年慢性阻塞性肺炎并伴有糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象，现报道如下。……
