舒适护理在糖尿病患者护理中应用效果观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在糖尿病患者护理中的方法及效果。方法 抽取2018年8月—2019年8月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者78例为研究对象，按照随机数表法将78例患者平均分为两组，即对照组与实验组，每组患者均为39例。对照组行常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上行舒适护理，对比两组患者护理效果和护理满意度。 结果 实验组护理总有效率（97.43%）高于对照组（79.48%）（χ2=4.331，P<0.05）;实验组患者满意度（94.87%）高于对照组（76.92%）（χ2=4.256，P<0.05）。 结论 舒适护理在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果显著，能够提高患者的护理总有效率，提高患者的护理满意度，缩短患者的恢复周期。

Observation on the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To explore the methods and effects of comfortable nursing in the care of patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 78 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as study objects. According to the random number table method， 78 patients were divided into two groups， namely， the control group and the experimental group. Each group of patients were 39 cases. The control group received routine nursing care， and the experimental group performed comfortable nursing on the basis of conventional nursing care. The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group （97.43%） was higher than that in the control group（79.48%）（χ2=4.331， P<0.05）; the patient satisfaction in the experimental group （94.87%） was higher than that in the control group（76.92%）（χ2=4.256， P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the care of patients with diabetes is significant， it can improve the overall efficiency of patient care， improve the patient's nursing satisfaction， shorten the patient's recovery period.

近年來，随着人们生活水平的提高，饮食结构也发生了根本性变化，患糖尿病的患者人数越来越多，从患病群体来看，老年人居多，且患者的抵抗力也比较差[1]。糖尿病还加剧了患者患其他病症的风险，极大程度上影响了患者的生活质量。在医改背景下，医院要进一步提高糖尿病患者的护理工作质量，创新护理方法，为患者提供优质的护理环境和护理服务，缓解患者的消极情绪，能够从根本上减轻患者的心理负担，提高其恢复信心[2]。研究发现对糖尿病患者实施舒适护理能够改善糖尿病患者的生活质量，有效控制患者血糖，提高患者的护理满意度。该次研究抽取2018年8月—2019年8月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者78例为研究对象，探讨舒适护理在糖尿病患者护理中的方法及效果，现报道如下。
