“双创”教育融入贸易经济专业建设的可行性研究

[摘 要]“大众创业、万众创新”的理念已深入人心，高校作为人才培养的主阵地，培养适应社会经济发展的“双创”人才是高校建设发展的应有之意。贸易经济专业作为应用性与实践性一体的专业，在中美贸易摩擦、上海自贸区、“一带一路”建设、城市转型升级的大背景下，与创新创业教育融为一体尤为重要。从贸易经济专业建设的内涵出发，分析创新创业教育与贸易经济专业建设融合的必要性和可行性，针对两者融合普遍存在的一些问题，提出相应的对策建议。

Feasibility Study of the Interation of "Mass Entrepreneurship

and Innovation" Education into Trade and Economy Specialty Construction

Absrtact： The idea of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. As the main position of talent training， how to cultivate "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" talents to adapt to the development of social economy is the proper meaning of the construction and development of colleges and universities. As an applied and practical specialty， trade economy specialty is particularly important in the context of Sino-US trade friction， Shanghai Free Trade Zone ，" Belt and Road "construction， urban transformation and upgrading， how to integrate with innovative entrepreneurship education. Based on the connotation of trade and economy specialty construction， this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the integration of innovation entrepreneurship education into trade and economy specialty construction. In view of some common problems in the integration of the two， the corresponding suggestions are put forward.

一、引言

2014夏季达沃斯论坛，李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”以来，社会对“双创”持续密切关注。2015年5月，国务院颁发《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》，该意见对高校进行创新创业教育实践提出了具体要求。6月，国务院印发《关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》，从九大方面部署推进方向和内容。11月，教育部、国家发改委、财政部联合印发《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》，提出高校要从适应经济发展新常态和服务创新驱动发展的根本问题出发，加快创新创业人才培养，为经济发展提供智力支持和人才保障。2016年国务院印发《关于建设大众创业万众创新示范基地的实施意见》，2017年印发《关于强化实施创新驱动发展战略进一步推进……
