新时代高校共青团推进从严治团的重点

摘 要：全面從严治党必然从严治团。新中国成立以来，共青团自始至终都在党的坚强领导和深切关怀下成长壮大，自始至终都在政治上、思想上、行动上与党保持一致，与时俱进，锐意革新，体现出一贯的从严治团要求。从严治团的历史进程表明，坚定不移跟党走，把思想政治教育贯穿全部工作，尊重和把握青年特点，是团的工作不断推向前进的重要法宝。新时代，高校共青团应深刻认识从严治团的必要性和紧迫性，革故鼎新，重点做好团支部建设、团校建设和第二课堂建设，更好承担起引导青年大学生听党话、跟党走的政治任务，把做好党的助手和后备军的政治使命落实到具体的工作实践中。

Abstract：An all￣out effort to enforce strict Party discipline is to see the CCYL self￣governance exercised with rigor. Over the past 70 years， with the Partys strong leadership and deep concern the CCYL has grown and expanded， it has been politically consistent with the Party in mind and in action from starting to end， keeping up with the times， and committing to reform， which reflects the unfailing demand for seeing the CCYL self￣governance exercised with rigor. Over the past 70 years， the historical process of the strict control of the CCYL has shown that following the Party firmly， integrating ideological and political education throughout its work， and respecting and grasping the characteristics of youth are important magic weapons for the League to move forward its work. In the new era， the CCYL in colleges and universities should deeply understand the necessity and urgency of seeing the CCYL self￣governance exercised with rigor， destroy the old and establish the new， focus on the construction of the Youth League branch， the Youth League school and the construction of the second classrooms， better assuming the political task of guiding young college students to “listen to the Party and follow the Party”， and implementing the political mission of doing a good job of the Partys assistants and reserve forces into concrete work practices.

高校是学生团员的聚集地，高校共青团是全团的主力军，其建设和发展对团的全局具有举足轻重的意义。团中央明确提出要树立“全团抓学校”的思想，整体谋划学校共青团工作。在全面从严治党的背景下，从严治团已经成为全团的一项重大历史课题。当前，有学者深入讨论了从严治党与从严治团的关系，如党与团“在意识形态、工作范畴、队伍建设、接班人培养等方面形成密切的结构性联动”[1]是从严治党到从严治团的内在逻辑;也有学者指出从严治党的启示是，加强团干“管理与教育”“纯洁性建设”[2]是从严治团的关键与抓手;还有学者具体指出了高校共青团从严治团的具体思路，如“强化团员政治理论修养” “关注学生成长成才”[3]等。……
