智慧居家养老服务模式的意愿需求调查分析

摘要：自2017年2月6日，国家信息化部、民政部和国家卫生计生委联合发布《智慧健康养老产业发展行动计划（2017-2020年）》以来，智慧居家养老服务模式迅速发展，各地区都相继将居家养老服务朝智慧化方面推进。基于此背景之下，本文以泉州市的老年群体为调查对象，通过设计问卷进行调查，了解泉州市老年人对智慧居家养老服务模式的意愿需求，包括对智慧居家养老服务平台的认知情况、对智能设备的掌握情况，以及对智慧居家养老服务内容的需求等情况，接着对所获得的调查资料进行统计分析，并提出提高老年人对智慧养老服务的需求;不断优化智慧养老服务平台的性能;保证泉州市智慧养老服务平台顶层设计的前瞻性建议。

Investigation and Analysis on the willingness and demand of intelligent home-based elderly care service mode

——Take Quanzhou City as the example

Abstract：since February 6， 2017， the Ministry of information technology， the Ministry of civil affairs and the national health and Family Planning Commission jointly issued the action plan for the development of smart health pension industry （2017-2020）， the smart home-based pension service mode has developed rapidly， and each region has successively promoted the home-based pension service to the smart aspect. Based on this background， this paper designed a questionnaire to investigate the willingness of the elderly in Quanzhou City to the smart home-based elderly care service mode， including the cognition of the smart home-based elderly care service platform， the mastery of intelligent equipment， and the demand for the content of smart home-based elderly care service， and then made statistical analysis of the survey data obtained， and analyzed Some suggestions are put forward for the intelligent home-based elderly care service mode in Quanzhou.

一、調查对象

为了解老年人对智慧居家养老服务模式的意愿需求，本次调查以福建省泉州市的常住老年人口为调查样本对象。截至2018年底，泉州市常住人口870万人，其中60岁及以上本地常住老年人口112.3万人，占全市常住人口总数的12.91%（数据来源：泉州市统计局网站）按照国际上通用的衡量标准，泉州市目前已经处于老龄化社会阶段（国际上通常把60岁以上的人口占总人口比例达到10%或65岁以上人口占总人口的比重达到7%作为国家或地区进入老龄化社会的标准）预计到2020年全市老年人口将达一百二十四万人，泉州市老龄人口日益增多。……
