职业需求导向下大学生体商培育研究

摘  要：本文以大学生职业需求为视角，通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法，以发展体商培育专项课程为主的评价标准，对大学生体商的培育进行研究，结果表明：语言类专业、金融类专业、网络传播类专业的学生职业需求各部相同，因此，对其体商的培育也不相同;根据各类专业不同的体商培育目标，构建“1+1+1+1”四段式的体商课程教学模式和评价体系。

Study on the Cultivation of College Students' Physical Quotient under the Guidance of Professional needs

Abstract： From the perspective of College Students' professional needs， this paper studies the cultivation of College Students' physical quotient by means of literature， the evaluation standard mainly focuses on the development of special courses for business and physical education， expert interview and logical analysis. The results show that： the students' professional needs of language major， financial major and network communication major are the same， so the cultivation of their physical quotient is not the same; according to different types of professional physical quotient， the aim of cultivation is to build a "1+1+1+1" four stage teaching mode and evaluation system of the course.

随着社会的告诉发展，企业对人才的需求标准有了更高的要求，高标准的要求的背后是对人才职业能力的考验。所谓职业能力是快速适应职业生涯发展变化的能力，是高校人才培养的一项重要内容。而大学生要想具备良好的职业能力，必须具有胜任此项工作的体商，所谓体商指“身体的商数”（BQ），是个人对自身身体健康的安全认知和反应。本文以职业需求为视角，通过对大学生体商培育，弥补和完善高校人才培养模式，使高校人才的培养更注重未来的职业需求，有助于提高大学生的职业竞争力和社会适应力。

1  研究对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

以大学生职业需求导向下体商培育为研究对象。

1.2 研究方法

（1）文献资料法：通过搜索中国知网、万方等数据库、体质健康网站以及查阅本校电子图书馆等方法梳理和总结国内外关于职业需求、体商、动商等目前的研究现状并分析前人专家学者的研究结果，明确本文的研究思路。……
