合作学习理论运用于高职篮球教学中对学生综合素质的提升作用

摘  要：合作属于篮球文化中的重要组成，合作学习理论在高职篮球教学中的运用，能够促进学生综合素质的提升，使其学习能力得以加强。在合作学习中，学生会通过小组之间的交互性，共同实现教学目标。就当前高职篮球教学来讲，合作学习理论得到了比较广泛的运用，并且在运用过程中收获颇丰。

Application of cooperative learning theory in Basketball Teaching of higher vocational education to improve students' comprehensive quality

Abstract： Cooperation is an important part of basketball culture. The application of cooperative learning theory in vocational basketball teaching can promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and strengthen their learning ability. In cooperative learning， students work together to achieve teaching goals through the interaction between groups. As far as basketball teaching in higher vocational education is concerned， cooperative learning theory has been widely used， and it has gained a lot in the process of application.

合作學习在实施时一般是运用异质分组的方式，这种分组方式能够调动学生在学习中的能动意识，使学生与学生之间在能力上实现互补，并且在考核时，将团队最终获得的成绩作为标准，进而一同达到教师制定的教学目标。其优势在于促进教学效率和质量的提高，让学生在学习知识与技能的同时感受到乐趣，以积极的状态投入到学习中，并且在合作学习中相应影响、相互帮助、取长补短[1]。

1  合作学习理论在高职篮球教学中对学生综合素质的提升作用

合作属于篮球文化当中的核心，也是篮球运动当中十分常见的行为，在篮球活动中如果没有合作，那么是伪篮球，这种篮球教学模式缺乏完善性。在高职院校篮球教学中，篮球文化的有效传播需充分认识到合作实施的重要意义，进而促进学生综合素质的提升。因此，在实际教学中，教师应注重对学生篮球理论和篮球文化讲授，进而使学生在篮球活动中充分运用篮球理论，理论知识水平获得较大程度提升，增强实际教学效果[1]。……
