大专院校体育篮球训练队现状分析与对策探究

摘  要：篮球是一项集体、综合性活动，受到年轻群体的喜爱，篮球训练对情况在很大程度上是体育院校的缩影。大专院校的体育篮球训练队是高校体育运动开展的一种主要形式，篮球队训练水平的高低，直接反映学校面貌。基于此，本文先对体育大专院校体育篮球训练队的管理现状进行分析，并探究了各项为的基本解决对策与实施方法。

Analysis of the current situation of the sports basketball training team in Colleges and universities and the Countermeasures

Abstract： Basketball is a collective and comprehensive activity， which is loved by young people. Basketball training is to a large extent the epitome of sports colleges. The sports basketball training team in Colleges and universities is a main form of the development of sports in Colleges and universities. The level of the training of the basketball team directly reflects the appearance of the school. Based on this， this paper first analyzes the current situation of the management of the sports basketball training team in sports colleges and universities， and explores the basic solutions and implementation methods.

籃球是一项集体、综合性活动，受到年轻群体的喜爱，篮球训练对情况在很大程度上是体育院校的缩影，所以，对大专院校的体育篮球训练队训练和管理状况进行研究十分重要。

1  大专院校体育篮球训练队现状

1.1 运动员素质体能问题

据调查，国内大专院校的体育篮球训练队运动员人才选拔方面存在严重问题。通常来说，球队成员的选拔需要从部分有运动基础或者专业知识储备的学生群体中选择，但是，由于大专院校学生本身的素质参差不齐，在选拔中无论是人才的数量还是质量都不能组成良好的梯队。还有部分体育篮球训练队选拔队员选择目测方法，很少能深入了解被选拔队员的身体素质与专业技能水平，最终，一些综合实力较差的学生被选拔到了队伍当中，部分有较强能力的学生被拒之门外。运动员专业素质和体能差异在后期的训练中会逐渐显现出来，会影响队伍整体水平[1]。……
