中国篮协阜新篮球学校发展对策

摘  要：为了加速竞技篮球后备人才的培养，促进阜新篮球学校的建设与发展，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、综合分析法对阜新篮球学校现状进行分析，认为阜新篮球学校在运行过程中存在宣传力度不够、经费来源不足、师资流失较重、人才培养断流以及管理系统不完善等问题。提出了优化资金筹备模式、推广阜新篮球品牌、完善聘用计划、提高培养能力、转变服务理念等相应对策，为厚植阜新篮球后备人才根基，推动阜新篮球人才培养事业的发展提供理论依据。

Methods about the development in the Funxin Basketball School of Chinese Basketball Association

Abstract： In order to speed up the training of competitive basketball reserved talents and promote the construction and development of the Fuxin Basketball School， we utilize methods of literature， expert interviews and comprehensive analysis to research the current situation of talent training in Fuxin Basketball School. We assert that there are many problems such as insufficient publicity， insufficient funding sources， serious loss of teachers， pause of talent training and imperfection of management system. We come up with the corresponding countermeasures to optimize the preparation mode of funds， promote the new basketball brand， improve the employment plans， enhance the training capability， change the service concept and so on， providing a theoretical basis for planting the foundation of the Fuxin basketball reserved talents and promoting the development of the Fuxin basketball talent straining.

伴隨中国竞技篮球事业的蓬勃发展，竞技篮球队伍正一步步迈向更高的领奖台。每一支优秀篮球队伍的培养和壮大，都离不开各地篮球人才的汇集，只有注重篮球后备人才的培养，才是缩短国内与国际间竞技篮球储备差距的有效途径[1]。通过剖析阜新篮球学校生源、选材、物资、培训、竞赛、管理、输送的多方问题，提出适应阜新篮球前景的可持续发展方案，为实现篮球后备人才培养的优化，提高竞技篮球整体效益提供支持。

1  阜新篮球学校现状

阜新篮球学校实行分科管理，对招生、学训、后勤、食宿、医疗等工作进行明确分工，为该校后备人才培养事业提供有效保障。学校实行“收支两条线”的财务制度，学费收入纳入政府预算管理范围，设施设备的更新采购以及承担各项比赛所需经费均来自源于财政拨款，稳定的资金注入，保证了篮球学校训练、教学的正常运转。……
