智慧广播电视发射台站建设的必要性和可行性

【摘要】就目前的行业现状，建立在传统理念的发射台站几乎占据了绝大部分，根据国际和国内的发展形势，结合国家的宏观发展规划，5G+人工智能是目前人类能够触及的目标，也是未来很长一段时间的持续性发展方向，直至达到顶峰时期，被更新颖、更智能的事务所取代。因此应该从实用的角度出发，通过一系列的科学技术手段，使发射台站逐步转型为智慧型台站。

Abstract：As far as the current situation of the industry is concerned， the transmitting stations based on the traditional concept almost occupy the vast majority. According to the international and domestic development situation and the national macro development plan， 5G+ artificial intelligence is the goal that human beings can touch at present， and it is also the sustainable development direction for a long time in the future， until it reaches its peak， it is replaced by a more novel and smarter firm. Therefore， from a practical point of view， through a series of scientific and technological means， the transmitting station should be gradually transformed into an intelligent station.

廣播电视发射台、站作为党和政府重要的宣传机构、舆论阵地，在安全播出方面，各级单位通过严格的管理积累了多年的业务经验，整体水平已经得到良好的改善。尽管各个台站的安全播出能力普便已有提高，绝大部分是建立在持续的人力投入和先进的设备投入的基础之上的，业务人员的工作强度和压力与台站安全播出能力并行。基于传统的运维方式和技术保障手段在台站的行为实施中虽具成效，但结合国家对广电未来发展的规划，借鉴其他行业如工业、电力、能源、制造业等依托互联网、物联网、人工智能、云计算、大数据等技术革新的成果，目前广播电视台站尚未实现智慧型的转型，没有及时跟进广电未来发展的趋势。

在智慧广电的大力推动下，如何采用技术手段来为日益发展壮大的广电业务保驾护航，是广电技术及运维部门，广电主管部门所面对的一个重要课题;如……
