电视记者编辑素质的培养和提高

【摘要】现如今科技社会文化经济发展迅速，我们已经迈入了信息化时代。媒体是这个时代的重要组成部分，对于时代的发展具有重要的推动作用。新兴媒体的飞速发展对广播电视行业带来了巨大的冲击。现如今广播电视行业竞争愈发激烈，如何能够提高自身竞争优势成为了广播电视行业亟需解决的一个问题。为了能够进一步满足观众的需求，广播电视行业除了需要不断创新发展还需要加强电视记者编辑素养的培养，提高其综合素质，因为电视记者编辑才是电视行业的主体。

Abstract： Nowadays， with the rapid development of science， technology， society， culture and economy， we have entered the information age. Media is an important part of this era and plays an important role in promoting the development of the times. The rapid development of emerging media has brought great impact to the radio and television industry. Nowadays， the competition of radio and television industry is becoming more and more fierce， and how to improve its competitive advantage has become an urgent problem to be solved in the radio and television industry. In order to further meet the needs of the audience， the radio and television industry not only needs continuous innovation and development， but also needs to strengthen the cultivation of TV reporter editors' quality and improve their comprehensive quality， because TV reporter editors are the main body of the TV industry.

电视记者编辑是电视行业的重要组成部分，也是新闻发布的重要成员。同其他媒体工作者的工作性质存在一定的差异，电视记者编辑这一职业具有一定的特殊性，其主要工作职能在于对电视新闻素材料进行收集和编辑。在工作环节需要明确自身责任，分工协作。互联网的飞速发展为广大人民带来了极大的便利，同时也不断冲击着电视行业，人们对于电视节目的要求也在发生变化，这边需要电视记者编辑能够客观评价新闻事件，具备良好的综合素养，在对稿件进行编辑和处理的过程中能够从多方面进行考虑，出色地完成新闻编辑工作。基于此，本文对电视记者编辑的素质培养措施展开分析。
