新时代政务新媒体发展提升路径浅析

【摘要】政务新媒体是新时代背景下，党、政府与群众保持联系以及提供服务和力量的重要渠道，同时也是加快政府职能转变、构建服务型政府的有效措施和方法。政府新媒体的建立，有利于引导网络舆论，建立网络空间主阵地，同时也是积极探索治理新模式的新路径。本文结合当前的发展现状，就如何提升政务新媒体的发展路径，谈一下个人的观点与认识，以供参考。

Abstract： Under the background of the new era， the new government media is an important channel for the Party and the government to keep in touch with the masses and provide services and strength. It is also an effective measure and method to accelerate the transformation of government functions and build a service-oriented government. The establishment of new government media is conducive to guiding the network public opinion and establishing the main position of cyberspace， and it is also a new way to actively explore new governance models. Combined with the current development status， this paper discusses personal views and understandings on how to improve the development path of new government media for reference.

政务新媒体是指我国各级行政机关与承担行政职能的事业单位及其内设机构在当下网络新兴的第三方平台上开设的政务账号或应用，以及自行开发建设的移动客户端等，特别是近些年来，各县市级融媒体中心的打造，更是将政务新媒体的形式与方式进行了新的探索与改进。

2018年12月27日，国务院办公厅印发《关于推进政务新媒体健康有序发展的意见》中出，重点提出要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻党的十九大和十九届二中、三中全会精神，认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于全面推进政务公开和优化政务服务的决策部署，实施网络强国战略，落实网络意识形态责任制，大力推进政府系统政务新媒体的健康有序发展，持续提升政府的网上履职能力，努力建设利企便民、亮点纷呈、人民满意的“指尖上的网上政府”。到2022年，形成全国政务新媒体规范发展、创新发展、融合发展新格局。……
