基于视频大数据分析技术行业应用规范

【摘要】随着技术的进步，信息网络在我们的生活中已经占据了很大的比重，网络数据鱼龙混杂，若是没有进行有效的监督，一些不良信息就会不断的进行传播，影响到更多人的生活。而视频大数据的使用能够对网络上的信息进行有效的监测，及时的发现不良信息，对其进行处理。也能够通过一定的信息进行视频文件的检索，快速地找出相关视频，对发布不良信息的用户进行追查，对于社会网络安全有着重大的意义。

Abstract： with the progress of technology， information network has occupied a large proportion in our life. Network data is mixed. If there is no effective supervision， some bad information will continue to spread， affecting more people's lives. The use of video big data can effectively monitor the information on the network， find out the bad information in time， and deal with it. It can also retrieve video files through certain information， quickly find out relevant videos， and track down users who release bad information， which is of great significance for social network security.

視频大数据的应用已经非常广泛，它能够有效的帮助公安机关处理刑事案件，同时能够对网络信息情况进行监督，发现异常还能够及时发出消息。不过该技术还存在着一定的不足，本文对其应用中存在的问题进行了分析，了解到该技术中的相关算法及其应用，并对未来该技术的发展提出了一些看法。

1. 视频数据在应用上存在的问题

近几年，随着科学技术的进步，视频大数据的发展也有了不少的提高，但是还存在着不少的技术上的问题，其中主要是以下三点：视频清晰度不足、存储空间不足以及算法检测水平不足。视频的清晰度不够使得检测分析上有了一定的难度，这主要是监控摄像机的技术不足导致的，其分辨率不足，所拍摄出来的视频就会不清楚。存储空间不足这一问题的关键点在于视频压缩编解码性能有着一定的不足。……
