基于高压计量量传业务的信息化技术研究

摘要：在信息技术快速发展的新背景下，打破传统的高压计量量传的方法和技术，实现高压计量量传业务的信息化、智能化，是电力行业发展的又一新需求。本文从高压计量量传业务存在的问题出发，设计了高压计量量传业务信息化的思路，并根据现代化信息技术，对高压计量量传业务信息化关键技术进行探究。

Abstract： In the new background of the rapid development of information technology， breaking the traditional methods and technologies of high-voltage measurement and volume transmission， and realizing the informationization and intelligence of high-voltage measurement and volume transmission business is a new demand for the development of the power industry. Based on the existing problems of high voltage measurement and volume transmission business， this paper designs the idea of informatization of high voltage measurement and volume transmission business， and explores the key technologies of informatization of high voltage measurement and volume transmission business according to modern information technology.

1 引言

随着科学技术的不断发展，电力行业也不断地深化技术改革，而高压计量检定校准量传业务也是电力行业非常关键的部分，所涉及的内容体量庞大，对于电力行业发展有着重要的作用;传统的高压元件计量法，计量误差不仅仅与电压计量表有关，还与计量量传方法有关。然而在目前的计量量传过程中，存在着计量误差大、量值传递方法简单、计量系统运行功耗大，很难满足电力行业的发展需求，因此，实现高压计量量传业务的信息化、智能化、高效化，研究高压电力计量量传信息化技术的任务迫在眉睫。

2 高压计量量传业务信息化设计思路

2.1高压计量量传业务信息化设计原则。为了实现高压计量量传业务的信息化、智能化，首先要保证以下几点设计原则：①计量试验功能模块的独立性，并且使各个模块能够便捷地实现整个统一，不仅仅能够满足电力计量业务的功能，也能够有效实现整个量传业务……
