让志愿服务成为小学生行为体验教育的一种理想模式

摘要：当代小学生的培养，要从德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，从而养成良好的人生观、价值观、世界观。适当的社会公益活动更有助于提高当代小学生的价值养成，在志愿服务的过程中，对小学生的道德教育、实践能力，团结精神的提升有着重要意义。志愿服务的设计、开展、总结是是学生通过实践接触社会的一种形式，在活动过程中，将有效的帮助小学生提升自我。

Abstract：the cultivation of contemporary primary school students should develop in an all-round way from morality， intelligence， body， beauty and labor， so as to develop a good outlook on life， values and world outlook. Appropriate social public welfare activities are more helpful to improve the value cultivation of contemporary primary school students. In the process of voluntary service， it is of great significance to the promotion of moral education， practical ability and unity spirit of primary school students. The design， development and summary of voluntary service is a form of students' contact with society through practice， which will effectively help primary school students to improve themselves in the process of activities.

引言：新中国成立后，国家把加强人们的精神文明建设作为重点关注对象，志愿服务的开展得到了更多的支持和发展，各种组织形式的志愿组织相应成立，广泛的开展社会公益活动有助于增加国家的凝聚力，对社会形成积极向善的精神起到引导作用。当代中小学生处于祖国改革开放的大好时期，承担着祖国未来建设的重任，其核心强素质的培养至关重要，多参加公益活动，更有助于其价值养成，对未来的成长有着重要意义。

1 开展志愿服务活动拓展小学生社会实践

1.1拓展小学生的语言表达能力。平时的志愿活动中，小学生需要走出学校，参与到社会中与人打交道，这将是培养小学生语言表达能力的机会，通过与人交流，提高语言表达的水平。例如学校组织敬老爱老活动，那么小学生将会来到敬老院，在这里，小学生要通过和老人们交流，理解老人们的需求，有的老人要剪指甲，有的老人需要按摩，还有的老人希望和小学生聊聊天，这样老人们所有的需求都是通过语言表达或者是肢体语言的形式传输给孩子们的，这就要求孩子们去询问沟通，然后才能付诸行动。……
