大数据背景下行政事务管理创新及优化

【摘  要】在新时期的企业发展中，行政事务管理工作的重要性日益显现出来，企业内部各个部门需要充分发挥自身的协调作用，积极参与到行政事务管理工作中。行政事务管理工作具有一定的综合性，具有承上启下的作用，各个部门都需要紧密联系和配合。在大数据背景下，企业必须认识到行政事务管理的重要性，创新并优化现有的行政事务管理模式，有效地协调、落实各项工作。论文主要针对大数据背景下行政事务管理创新及优化进行了分析。

【Abstract】In the development of enterprises in the new era， the importance of administrative affairs management has become increasingly apparent. The internal departments of enterprises need to give full play to their coordinating role and actively participate in the administrative affairs management. Administrative affairs management work has a certain degree of comprehensiveness， which serves as a connecting link between the preceding and the following， all departments need close contact and cooperation. Under the background of big data， enterprises must realize the importance of administrative affairs management， innovate and optimize the existing administrative affairs management mode， and effectively coordinate and implement various work. This paper mainly analyzes the innovation and optimization of administrative affairs management under the background of big data.

1 引言

在大数据时代，市场竞争日益激烈，企业管理水平在不断提升，为了提升企业的综合竞争实力，在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存和发展，必须全面贯彻落实行政事务管理工作。为了满足大数据时代的发展需求，企业需要深入分析管理模式与现代企业发展问题，探索现代化、科学化管理模式，为企业的持续、稳定发展提供保障。基于此，文章介绍了企业行政事务管理工作的特点，分析了大数据时代行政事务管理中存在的问题，总结了大数据背景下行政事务管理创新及优化措施。

2 行政事务管理工作的特点

2.1 以服务性基础

在现代企业发展过程中，管理部门必须树立服务意识，这是行政事务管理工作的主要特点之一。办公室行政事务管理工作的服务性比较强，直接关系着企业的高层决策、管理工作，并对基层工作人员的实际工作带来很大影响，企业内部各项工作的开展都需要行政事务管理工作作为支持[1]。……
